About this property

"Azur Blue" Villa - Rural Peace with private pool

This entirely self contained guest wing provides a perfect place to relax calmly by the pool and to visit the region. Located last in a cul de sac with no other houses in sight the guest wing is surrounded only by trees and the large mediterranean garden is filled with birdsong accompanied by the chatter of red squirrels. At dusk the adjoining woods are visited by wild boar, foxes and badgers. Grasse at 6km, Cannes, Beaches, Lac St Cassien, Nice, St Tropez and Monaco are all within easy reach.

Check In and Check Out offered on Saturdays only.

The kitchen and living room are open plan with ample seating and a dining area. Double patio doors open to the shady outside terrace with table, chairs and bbq for eating outside with a view of the pool and surrounding gardens and trees.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and surrounding gardens. The owners live at the other end of the property with their own terrace and outside space which isn't visible from the guest wing.

We had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit. The accommodation was very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. It is perfectly situated on the edge of Paymeinade so it was lovely and peaceful but with easy access to Grasse, Cannes and beyond. The pool was perfect and, as we visited during a heatwave, a godsend after a day trip and on days when we just wanted to relax. Would happily recommend.
