Located in a newly built facility apartment consisting of a spacious terrace, 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen will ensure a comfortable stay for both families and friends who want to explore the charms of magical Krakow. Located on the 3rd floor, the fully equipped apartment is designed for 6 people. Amazing comfort of the apartment consists of a double bed 160 cm wide and two double sofas in the other rooms. The unique bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The apartment offers access to Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet WIFI and it is equipped with Induction hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hood, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, laundry dryer and ironing board.

Guests can use all the facilities available on the apartment, both prepared for them coffee, tea, etc., as well as the apartment equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) - unless otherwise stated. We provide fresh linen and towels in the hotel standard.

Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Rules, mainly regarding night quietness between 22:00 - 6:00 (strict ban on parties after 22:00) and smoking in the apartment (smoking possible on the balconies ).
Each break of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process through the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
