The 3,700 square ft. Galena RowHouse is a beautiful vacation rental home that sleeps 10, complete with a full kitchen. It's ONE BLOCK from Galena's Main Street and shopping district. With private off street parking; experience town at a casual pace. Walk anywhere in Galena... any day of the week... any time of the year. The home is near Galena's many walking paths leading out of town as well.
Our vacation home has 3 floors and is one of the most authentic places to stay in Galena. It was built in1846 of locally made Galena brick and limestone and will complete your historical Galena experience. All of the bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, with the third floor showcasing a private retreat with attached full bath.
In the early 1900s, the house was redecorated in mission style, and has been recently restored to include a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The house overlooks the Fever River and has a charming side porch to seat guests.

Our family of six plus a set of grandparents spent NYE at the Rowhouse. It was an amazing time - the location is perfect, walkable to everything, even in the winter. The house is really neat, feels like you're in a different era just like the rest of Galena. We would definitely stay there again. The house sleeps 10 easily and the view overlooking the river/train/town was awesome. Thank you!

The location was perfect for three ladies enjoying some time together after a 50 year high school reunion. We could park the car in the driveway and walk to most anywhere we wanted to go. The house was charming in it's style and decor and looked exactly as pictured. If we had a question or need, the owner was quick to respond and lend a hand. Even though we wouldn't need all the space, I've already thought it would be fun to bring my husband back here for a visit and to explore Galena a bit more. Definitely worth a return stay!

The house was within walking distance to the Main street for shopping and great resturants. Loved to read about the history of the house and the lay out was perfect for the 6 of us. The furniture was comfortable and fit the decor of the house.
