Villa near the town and beaches of Moraira
Cosy villa very close to the village of Moraira and its beaches, with views to the green vineyards and the Cap D'Or. Its pleasant exterior has several areas: a pool area with artificial grass and two different chill-out areas with armchairs and parasols, another outdoor dining area with a table for 12 people, a barbecue area and also a shady back part to shelter from the sun and read, all on the same level as the main floor.. All the interior and exterior furniture is from 2023/25 and offers all the comforts you may need.
The lower floor is distributed in two areas, all on the same level, the first one with a living room with two sofas and an armchair, a dining room with a table for 8 and exit to the outside, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. In the other part of the ground floor there is another living room, with dining room for 4, fireplace, 2 bedrooms for 2 people each and 2 bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and the other one with shower. On the upper floor, with exterior access, there is a suite with bathroom with bathtub and balcony with a comfortable rocking chair and an awning to relax and enjoy the views. The air conditioners are installed in 2023 and keep the house at the right temperature.
The parking in this villa is for 2 or more cars, and is totally private.
Only 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 14 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the town of Moraira.
