With a capacity of 7 people, this accommodation is located in a privileged location, just 200 meters from the beach and in a communal area with a swimming pool. This cozy rental is fully equipped and features air conditioning.
The house has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in all rooms, communal swimming pool (for adults and children), mosquito nets in the bedrooms, 2 televisions, and satellite TV with Spanish, German, and French channels.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. In addition, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Pets are allowed.
The garage is not available for guests.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of discounted off-season monthly rental, electricity is NOT included and is paid separately!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe mit Top-Service
Super Service von Anfang bis Ende von der Agentur inmomaspinell. Nochmals vielen Dank an das ganze Team. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings hängt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt wesentlich von der Lautstärke ab, mit der die Nachbarn ihre Party bis spät in die Nacht feiern, da die Gärten dicht beieinander liegen. Man kann hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier gehabt
Vielen lieben Dank für die Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage verbracht Das Haus war sehr schön und gepflegt. Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, sauber, genug Platz und es war alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Draußen im Garten konnte man gut verweilen zum Frühstücken oder auch zum Grillen. Der Strand ist nicht weit vom Haus entfernt. Auch der gemeinschafts Pool und die Anlage ist gepflegt. Wir sagen Danke für die Möglichkeit das Haus zu mieten, und das wir einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Auch einen Lieben Dank an die Mitarbeiter von Reservas Mas Pinell Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!🥰
