Estia Relais from the name of the Greek Goddess of the Hearth and family is a beautiful villa with swimming pool suspended between the sea and the white city, Ostuni.
Ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays with family and friends, Estia Relais is only 3 km from the center of Ostuni and 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Torre Pozzelle and Costa Merlata, immersed in 4 hectares of centuries-old olive groves that slope down to the sea on one side and rise towards the city of Ostuni on the other.
Estia Relais is spread over two levels (ground floor and lower floor) can accommodate up to eleven people arranged in six bedrooms: three double bedrooms in the main building on the ground floor, an depandance with external access with a double bedroom and a single bedroom and a spacious bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet downstairs, all rooms have en suite bathroom.
The villa is completed by: on the ground floor the large living room with kitchen and dining room with sea view and access to two verandas, the first internal side with equipped outdoor kitchen and the second sea side; and downstairs the entertainment room with laundry room. On the first floor and downstairs two bathrooms for common use.
Access to the property, including the opening of the gate and the insertion of the alarm, is done by numerical combination to the keypad near the main doors.

Villa Estia Relais has large outdoor areas surrounded by a garden with colors and scents typical of the Mediterranean, at guests' disposal two large verandas, one in the citrus grove with kitchen and barbeque and the other facing the sea with relaxation area and dining table, from here with a comfortable outdoor staircase you can reach the terrace equipped with masonry sofas and soft pillows to admire in all its splendor a breathtaking view that lights up at sunset.

The pool of 40 square meters for private use of guests, is surrounded by olive trees and the living color of the land that is in contrast with the soft color of the stone, which gives the whole structure a unique whiteness, in the pool sunbeds, showers and a shaded patio with relaxation area.
To complete the services Estia Relais has a convenient private parking with access from the electric gate entrance to the property, which can also accommodate 5 cars, outside you can charge cars/ electric scooters (payment by taximeter).

The entire perimeter of the villa is video monitored by cameras.
