did not know this was a duplex. The inside was nice and clean , beds comfortable. Did not have many towels. Neighbor next door beating on wall when we play our music low he still beating. neighbor had a nasty attitude also lying about being the host. Overall I wouldn’t get this if you having your friends over to chill.

Good location, very clean.

Perfect place to stay for our weekend activities. Only a 10 minute drive to River market. Neighborhood was quiet. Home was very clean.

Upon arrival the smell of the townhome was not pleasant. I went to the restroom and the bathtub started bubbling up with brown water. Had to remove all area rugs to prevent slipping as they moved around like blankets. There were two pots to cook with.. that was it. Very lucky to have family near by to take showers and provide cooking items during my stay. Host offered a partial refund through cashapp for the bathroom drainage issue as we were not able to use main bathroom at all.

A little Sketchy

The home was clean and nice. Very comfortable. The location is close to everything including downtown, Pinnacle Mountain State Park, ect. The backyard is not equipped to hold a dog unless it is small. A medium or large size can easily get out of the fence. There were tons of ticks and I actually got bit by one that was brought inside from letting our pet out in the backyard. The neighborhood is not the best. It is rundown, trash litters the streets, and there is obvious gang activity. The quality of the home was good for the price we paid, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the neighborhood.
