Fully renovated in 2004. This Jensen Beach Slice Of Heaven offers a fully fenced property, lushly landscaped w/palm trees, flowering shrubs & vines, offering beauty & privacy. The backyard screened lanai doubles the size of the living space. Enjoy the lanai’s private heated saline swimming pool and patio areas both covered and open to the sun for lounging, reading, sunbathing, grilling & dining.

The established neighborhood of single family houses is the setting for this long loved home. The interior includes fully equipped kitchen w/newer range, refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of beautiful dishes and serving pieces. The great room has two distinct seating areas: A large comfortable sectional facing a wall-mounted flat panel TV and another area with a love seat and club chair w/coffee table. Dining table seats eight. The dining area is open to the kitchen and great room. En-suite Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, and doors opening directly onto one of the patios. Large step-in shower has 2 shower heads. Two additional bedrooms: one with queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. All bedrooms have built in shelving in closets. Hall bathroom has bathtub/shower. Full sized Washer & Dryer area is off kitchen in the attached (tiled floor) garage.

Short drive (under 3miles) to Hutchinson Island beaches. Just a mile from the house is the big supermarket, Publix. Winn-Dixie is even closer. Numerous stores and restaurants and a great fresh fruit and vegetable stand, Barbour's, are all close by. Neighboring town of Stuart is just 2 miles away, with even more restaurants and boutique shopping. Wonderful package of serenity, convenience, and beach proximity!

Jensen Beach gem

Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to water and downtown Jensen Beach. House is comfortable with a large fenced in yard for our dog and a great heated pool. Peter is great to work with. Jeff Gaz

Enjoyable stay

This was our second stay at this house. The location is nice in a quite neighborhood. The owners are wonderful. They communicate quickly and take care of any issues which arise. There were a few issues with the house that needed to be taken care of. The pool area is nice. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The living room furniture is not very comfortable so for an extended stay was not the best. The kitchen is older but adequate. There is a nice grill that is a bonus. The dishwasher works but is quite old. I think some updates could be made but overall a nice place to stay with wonderful hosts.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks, especially our 2 doggos who enjoyed running around the enclosed large yard. Pool was always comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect Vacation Home

Peter, our host, was amazing, and we felt as if we were staying at a good friend's home-not just a run of the mill rental. Lots of notes regarding great local places to eat, and things to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for AM walks and even a small playground a block away for the kiddos! The pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of towels AND beach towels to use poolside, or for a trip to the Atlantic. Only a 15 minute drive over the bridge to some delightful public beaches, and we even found a great "doggie" beach-OFF LEASH!! WooHoo! It was a memorable vacation for EVERYONE!

2023 vacation

The property was clean. The pool area was wonderful. My husband and I stay for two weeks and our daughter stay for 5 days. The location is very nice. Close to everything.

This home has been in our family since 2007. For the first time, we’ve decided to share it. In 2017, we spent several months seriously decluttering, sprucing, painting & purchasing some new appliances, furniture and all new beds and sheets, to be ready to welcome others to our slice of Florida heaven.

Why they chose this property

The Treasure Coast culture is laid back and friendly. This house offers a rare combination of privacy and convenience. The open floor plan continues to amaze us with its simple perfection. With comfortable furniture and walls full of art, the vibe is distinctly casual. The private screened lanai w/pool also includes a long bar w/stools and 2 separate patio areas with overhead ceiling; one for dining and the other is off the primary bedroom. Drive to the beaches in less time than it takes to finish your cup of coffee. Or ride a bike there in 15 minutes. The neighborhood offers endless sidewalks for strolling and biking. Playground is a five minute walk down the street. Grocery stores, boutique shopping and a huge assortment of restaurants are all just a hop, skip and jump away. We’ve collected a wide variety of take-out menus, all super convenient to the house. This part of Florida is fairly convenient to Orlando- the 2 hour drive affords a reasonable day trip. McKee Botanical Gardens in Vero is about 30 miles north, another easy field trip. Or just stay put, swim a few laps in the saline swimming pool and take in some vitamin D.
