Fantastic and huge apartment overlooking the Botanic Garden of Porto, in the Campo Alegre area, perfect to start exploring the city, staying close to the center of Porto, about 15 minutes from the center on foot. Classic decor and located in a prime area surrounded by shops, transport, restaurants, supermarket, all kinds of accessible access. The apartment has parking space for one car available for our guests. It also has an elevator

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surroundings, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus.



The apartment has four bedrooms, two with a double bed each, one bedroom with two single beds and the other with a single bed, which can accommodate 7 people. It has three bathrooms, two complete.



It is completely equipped with all needed cooking commodities, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.

Both the linens and towels are hotel quality, professionaly laundry and it's included as well as shampoo and shower gel

Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.

Personal check-in from 3 pm to 2 am. Please note that there is a late check in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrival

All guests must provide their identification documents in due time.

Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
