This flat consists of a lobby, a bedroom, a kitchen, a work / dining area and a bathroom. There are no common areas with other people, the property is fully occupied, by the you only.

The room is warmly decorated and features a queen-size bed that has a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep, a sofa bed large enough for 2 people, quiet air conditioning, wardrobes with clothes hangers and personal storage, WiFi and a 4k smart TV with a generous 130cm diagonal with Netflix.

The kitchen is furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook: gas hob, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. but also coffee maker, kettle, microwave. A washing machine has also been introduced in the kitchen furniture.

Workspace / dining. Next to the kitchen there is a space that can be used as a dining area but also as a work area. The sockets are well placed in case you run out of battery in your laptop or phone and the WiFi signal is super ok.

The bathroom was designed with a shower but also with a bathtub in which you can relax at the end of a long and tiring day. Here you will find a hairdryer, 100% white cotton towels, shower gel, soap and soap.
