Avant-garde style villa with 500 square meters of private garden with natural grass and a large shared pool, ideal for spending holidays with family or friends, located just 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from Barcelona. It is in a town called Órrius in the middle of the Serralada Litoral natural park for outdoor lovers. It is well equipped with a natural and gas barbecue.

The chalet contains a spacious living room to relax and has good lighting thanks to its windows to contrast with the tropical decoration of the place. For chefs and cooks, the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all its utensils and appliances to make cakes.
