On the first floor of a traditional Ticino cottage, this apartment has stunning views over Lake Maggiore, sleeps 4 people in comfort, and makes the ideal base for an exciting holiday at any time of year.

The air-conditioned apartment has a private entrance and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, where guests can dine al fresco and enjoy the vista over the lake to the mountains beyond.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen for more casual meals.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The sunny master bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and French windows, plus an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: Another light-filled room with two single beds, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and glass doors, plus an en suite shower room.

Bathroom:
In addition to the en suite shower rooms, there is an independent WC and basin just off the hallway.

Location
The small town of Brissago (a 5 minute walk), on the western shores of Lake Maggiore, is close to the Italian border. The town has everything guests need for a relaxed holiday. The ferry terminal (15 minute walk) allows visitors access to the famous Brissago Islands. With their sub-tropical botanical gardens and restaurants, they make a great day trip.

For more adventurous guests, there are many activities in the area including hiking (just 10 minutes away), mountain biking, rock climbing and swimming in the lake, the beach is a 15 minute walk.

The closest international airport is in Italy, Milan Malpensa 1 hour 45 minutes by car.
