The detached house with elegant living room, equipped kitchen ,, 2 bedrooms (5 beds), 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with 1 washer and dryer and separate, with modern appliances and dishwasher. Has 2 balconies and is surrounded by a beautiful garden where you have the opportunity to barbecue. The house is located in an exclusive and quiet environment in the mountains of Ascona with a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore and the Alps. In just a few minutes walk there is a public park, a children's pool, hiking trails and some good restaurants offering local specialties. It is only 10 minutes by car to Locarno, the city of the International Film Festival, and to Ascona with its beautiful promenades, Gardens, boutiques and shops along the lake and its old town.

We loved our stay at Ronco sopra Ascona. The villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a park & walking trails nearby. The villa was clean & well equipped; the view of the lake & mountains from the balcony is spectacular. Marinella & Rags were perfect hosts & very welcoming. We’d love to go back!

Very nice location with an excellent view down to Lago Maggiore

We enjoyed the stay in this nice Villa. Enough space for 4 adults, bath was refurbished. Everything you need in kitchen or for washing is available. We really spent ten relaxing days here, at the Lago Maggiore and the surrounding.

House with a view

Our family of four LOVED Villa Cresta Blanca! It was very clean, spacious, had all amenities including laundry. The view is breathtaking. You could sit on the balcony and look at Lago Maggiore all day and night. Marinella is a wonderful host and we would love to return sometime.

Beste Lage mit Aussicht auf Lago Maggiore, 20 min nach Ascona. Saubere und gut geschnittenes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieterin im Nebenhaus, die immer erreichbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Exzellent gelegenes Haus über dem Lago Maggiore mit Traumausblick

Top-Lage des Hauses. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohn- und Esszimmer ist ausserordentlich, Südseite. Gute und praktische Einrichtung von Wohn- und Schlafräumen. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber soweit gut mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet

Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2017 das zweite Mal in der Villa Cresta Bianca und es war in diesem Ferienhaus wieder genauso wunderschön wie im vergangenen Jahr. Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus, der herrliche Garten rund herum und der unvergleichliche Blick von Bellinzona über Ascona und die Inseln von Brissago bis weit hinein in den italienischen Teil des Lago Maggiore lädt zum Wiederkommen ein. Liebe Frau Rosselli und Familie, vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Perfect Villa

The Perfect Villa to stay in with the most beautiful,picture perfect views of the lake and mountains.The villa is complete with all possible amenities and comforts.The owners have very thoughtfully provided for everything one can think of!! So peaceful and serene are the surroundings with only the sound of a waterfall right next to the villa,that once you come here you don't want to stay anywhere else.We had the most enjoyable holiday here as there is lots to do like going for long walks in the forest nearby.visiting the castles and old town of Bellinzona,shopping in Locarno and eating at restaurants by the lake in Ascona. Though there is a bus service available from right near the villa it is recommended that you have your own car to drive around.
