Nice holiday home with pool, garden & terrace, quiet location + wonderful view

The holiday home 'Casa Quirinus' is located in a quiet location with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains and is nevertheless very well developed in terms of transport (public transport, parking lot).
With the total renovation from 2017, the house offers a modern standard that includes the following infrastructures (see Plan) includes:
• 3 bedrooms (double beds) and 2 bathrooms
• cozy living room with dining table, fireplace and TV
• practically equipped kitchen with new appliances (oven, induction cooker, washing machine)
In the garden with a covered seating area and terrace (even in winter) you can relax, chat and play in the sun. A fire pit and pool add charm and enjoyment.
Walks directly from the house or excursions to Locarno, the valleys and mountains and of course to the Ticino towns. It is not far to Como and Milan.
The offer includes the all-inclusive price; d. H. Incl. Taxis, use of laundry ... Only cleaning costs will be charged for this offer. The house is actually only rented from weekend to weekend and at least 6 days.

Amazing place

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa, it had everything we needed and is really well laid out. Orselina is such a nice place and the views are just incredible. Loads to do on foot too so you don’t need to take the car all the time. I hope we’ll come back!

Truly a MUST TO STAY Again

Dear Urs, Your place is paradise and home to us. You provided ‘everything’ as in everything we may ever need to enjoy and have fun like being in our own house in Texas. The peaceful nights we had are very relaxing and we wake up always refreshed. Your kitchen is a dream come true! Your bedrooms are very much liked! The simplicity of your entire living and dining room makes me clean up fast. Your spectacular views are so pleasing and beautiful. Your garden is the best! You even gave us a chance to have fresh basil for our salad! Everything is just 10 stars out of 5 stars!! We are so grateful for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay! God bless!

Schönes Haus in toller Gegend und wunderschönem Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einziges Manko ist, dass nur 1 Parkplatz verfügbar ist, obwohl das Haus ja für 6 Erwachsene ausgelegt ist, sprich Anreise mit 2 Autos ist doch vorprogrammiert. Die nachträglichen Parkgebühren von 130 fanden wir sehr happig. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus.

Zeer goed uitgerust vakantiehuis.Zwembad wel klein en niet verwarmd. Derde slaapkamer iets te klein voor twee volwassen. Wel ok voor twee kinderen.

Was wir super fanden:- Sauberkeit- Einrichtung: sehr gemütlich und wohnlich- Ausstattung der Küche: alles da an Geräten und was man brauchen könnte, auch Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Mehl, Zucker war vorhanden- großes 3. Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad. Das war für die Kinder klasse, da konnten sie sich gut ausbreiten- schöner Garten mit Liegestühlen- Pool nicht riesig, aber mindestens 1,50m tief, gut zum tauchen geeignet- Waschmaschine im Technikraum unter der Wohnung vorhanden- sehr netter Untermieter, der uns ein paar Ausflugstips gegeben hat- Man kann direkt am Haus parkenWas wir noch anmerken würden:- wir hatten an manchen Stellen Ameisen in den Räumen. Aber es waren Ameisenköder vorhanden und als wir diese an den entsprechenden Stellen aufgestellt haben, war das Problem gelöst- da im unteren Geschoss eine separate Wohnung vermietet ist, handelt es sich streng genommen um eine Ferienwohnung, nicht um ein Ferienhaus - als wir da waren, war es sehr heiß. Wegen der Tigermücken sollte man aber nur Fenster mit Mückenschutzgitter öffnen. Da wäre es praktisch wenn mehr der Fenster damit ausgestattet wären oder alternativ eine Klimanlage vorhanden wäreInsgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage des Hauses: ruhig in einer Sackgasse, mit herrlicher Aussicht, auch gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.Check-in sehr einfachDas Haus war in allen Bereichen gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf Fragen kam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort.Wir können das Haus empfehlen.

Der perfekte Rückzugsort hoch über dem Lago Maggiore

Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen und dreijährigen Zwillingen ins Tessin gereist und haben eine herrliche Woche in der Casa Quirinus geniessen dürfen. Dank des Cheminées und der gut ausgestatteten Bücher- und Spielebibliothek wurde es uns auch an regnerischen Tagen nicht langweilig. Durch das Studio mit eigenem Bad hatte jede(r) seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und seinen eigenen Schlafraum. Check-In und -Out war unkompliziert durch den Schlüsseltresor. Wir waren begeistert und würden die Ferienwohnung jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir mal im Sommer wieder, um den tollen Pool nutzen zu können!

Ferienhaus an sehr schöner Lage

Sehr ruhige und erholsame Ferien, in einen sehr schönen Haus das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.Wer möchte kann viel unternehmen wenn man Lust hat, Bummel in Locarno und Ascona . Tolle Ausflüge in die dicht angrenzende Täler Versasca und Maggia ... oder nach Italien. Auch haben wir das Haus und Garten mit Pool genossen. Es war sehr schön hier zu weilen. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal nach Orselina reisen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Tolle Aussicht auf Minusio/Tenero/Magadinoebene. Pool ist etwas kalt, da viel am Schatten und eher klein. Hausbesitzer ist sehr besorgt um Feriengäste und behebt allfällige Probleme sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte mal da gewesen und freuen uns auf das nächste mal.

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Tessin!

Wir waren nun nach drei Jahren wieder da und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Aufteilung war gut geeignet für zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern (8, 6, 3). Der Pool hat den größeren auch wieder gut gefallen. Uns Erwachsenen hat die tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht, ruhiger Lage und der Möglichkeit, auch viel zu Fuß zu erreichen sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war auch schön hergerichtet und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
