Perfect house for a family holiday

House is as it is in the picture, everything is in its place and available where you need it. Great attention to details in a warm and practical way making you feel at home like a family guest. House and garden are superbly maintained, location is calm and close to Italy (ponte tresa) although it’s quite easy to feel happy staying in the house only! Only disturbance has been the noise with work around the house and the gardeners who care to work during our stay , early in the morning ...

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool und der See nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss

Es waren wieder herrliche 2 Wochen im Tessin, waren schon zum 3 mal und kommen gerne wieder. Das einzigste ich vermisse Schnackengitter damit man die Fenster offen lassen kann, wurden so gefressen dieses Jahr und Nachts über 20 Grad . Sehr liebe Gastgeberin, immer per Whats App in kontakt.

Traumhaus in Magliaso

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick geniessen. Super schönes gepflegtes Haus mit grossem Pool und wunderschöner grossen Garten. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen und war hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen gut eingerichtetem Haus, war alles da wo man brauchte. Hoffentlich bis bald wieder.

Toll für Badeferien

Das Haus entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Internet. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm. Highlights: riesiger Garten, grosser schöner Pool, Privatsphäre, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr gute Internetverbindung, schöne Lage nahe vom See (im Einfamilienhaus-Quartier). Was hat uns gefehlt? Insektenschutzgitter in den Schlafräumen wären toll um die Temperatur (Haus hat keine Klimaanlage) nachts ohne Mücken runter zu kriegen.

Sommerferien 2019

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Magliaso verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Der grosse Garten und der Pool sind das Highlight. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumurlaub

Noch etwas müde von der langen Reise konnten wir uns von dem herzlichen Empfang der Vermieterin und dem sehr schönen Anwesen begeistern. Alle Bilder und Angaben auf der Homepage entsprachen der Realität, außerdem fielen die Sauberkeit und der gepflegte, große Garten positiv auf. Der kurze Weg zum Luganer See mit seinen Badestellen tröstete uns über den gelegentlichen Flugverkehr hinweg. Abkühlung bot uns nach unseren Ausflügen ins nahegelegene Italien das einladende Schwimmbecken. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und liebevoll gestaltet, die Küche neu eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer wird durch das riesige Panoramafenster aufgewertet. Den Nachmittagskaffee kann man stilgemäß unter der romantische Pergola genießen. Auf Grund des recht hohen Preisniveaus in der Schweiz führten unsere Ausflüge häufig nach Italien. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant in Caslano , Piazza Lago, dort lässt sich unter alten Platanen direkt am Seeufer eine köstliche Pizza genießen. Um günstig ein Boot auszuleihen sich COMOLAKEBOATS in Domaso am Comer See, Italien, zu empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt !

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa mit einem traumhaften Garten und Pool! Die Lage ist optimal für diverse Ausflüge. Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier, zu Fuß ist man schnell in der nächsten Ortschaft ( Caslano ) wo es verschiedene Restaurants und gelaterias gibt. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und ist sowohl am Anreise wie am Abreise Tag vor Ort. Wir können diese Villa sehr empfehlen!

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Ferienzuhause

Sehr freundlich wurden wir von der Besitzerin empfangen, wurden durchs Haus geführt und bekamen viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Das Haus und der Garten waren in einem äusserst sauberen und sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Wir genossen mit unseren drei Kindern eine Woche das grosszügige Haus mit allen beschriebenen Vorzügen, den tollen Pool, die riesige Rasenfläche zum Rumrennen und Spielen, sowie den Tischtennistisch im Keller. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Das Haus liegt zu Fuss 5 Minuten vom Lago di Lugano. In Magliaso gibt es einen grossen Coop, Denner und weitere kleinere Läden- völlig ausreichend für die Alltagsferieneinkäufe. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung- Zoo, Wanderwege, Berge, Swiss Miniature, Markt in Italien, Stadtbummel, Wasserpark, ... Ebenso freundlich wurden wir von der Besitzerin auch wieder verabschiedet. Wir kommen wieder, haben bereits für die nächsten Ferien reserviert - aber dann zwei Wochen!
