It consists of 3 double floors houses with totally 11 units. Lovely panorama view on lake and surrounding mountain chain. Outside swimming pool (ca. 4 x 8m, open ca. middle May until ca. middle September, weather dependent) with small meadow for common use. Lake side, covered balcony with furniture and panorama view on lake and mountains. Driveway until house. Reserved, covered parking place. Oblique elevator leads to the housing unit. Bus stop, lake with beach ca. 1.1 km. shop ca. 1.8 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Non-smoker flat. Pets not permited.
