About this property

Attractive 4½-room apartment with 3 balconies, pool and dream view

It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our agency commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you these apartments as a tenant free of commission. 4½-room duplex apartment no. Immeuble et vue rien à redirebien que pas encore ouverte, la piscine est a l'état d'abandon pour un complexe d'un certain standingL'appartement d'une propreté plus que douteuse, matelas sans protection souillés, table en terrasse sale et mobilier vieillot, rien à voir avec les photos du site, salle de bain du 1er étage sale , bac de douche à changer et terrasse du haut souillée par des bêtes La vaisselle disparate et sale, le placard à balai un capharnaum et ces derniers d'une saleté repoussanteLa dame qui nous a remis les clés, ne nous a pas fait visiter les lieux, et pour cause..., elle nous pressait de payer le soldeLocation prévu pour 6 personnes et qu'une place de parking alors que ce dernier était quasiment vide Bizarrement nous avons trouvé que des avis positifs sur votre site!!!, c'est pourquoi on a choisi cet appartement Faut croire que ce nest pas la même location ou que tous les avis ne soient pas diffusés

Fühlten uns nicht wohl

Wir waren diese Woche dort. Es gefiel uns nicht dass man dort nirgends frei mit dem Hund laufen konnte. Man musste die lange steile Auffahrt runter zur Hautstraße und an der viel befahrenen Straße entlang (ohne Fußgängerweg) laufen wenn man zum kleinen öffentlichen Strand wollte. Auch der Fußballplatz war abgeschlossen was es für die Kinder langweilig machte. WLAN und mehr wie die öffentlichen Sender gab es auch nicht im TV zu sehen. Wir hatten uns mehr erhofft.

Prettig huis met mooi uitzicht

Prettig huis op groter park (een beetje vergane glorie). Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad op het terrein. Communicatie met gastvrouw ter plaatse was zeer moeizaam. Sprak alleen Italiaans en alle communicatie moest via WhatsApp (met alle risico's op misverstanden) en Google translate. Mooie stranden op 25 min rijden of verder. Minpuntje.

Die Ausblick wirklich super :) Wohnung auch so wie beschrieben Küche etwas zu klein der Kühlschrank besonders. Alles schon in die Jahre gekommen Was uns am meisten geärgert hat ist das der Pool Anfang September schon geschlossen hatte steht so nicht in der Beschreibung! Sonnst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Strand etwa zu weit weg und sehr klein. Lieber in die Stadt fahren beim Theater

Wohnung mit Aussicht

Tolle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Appartement ist optisch sehr ansprechend und gut aufgeteilt mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Duschen/WC. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass sich im Obergeschoss über eine wahrscheinlich unzureichend isolierte Decke die Zimmer im Hochsomner aufheizen, so dass die Fenster/Türen über Nacht offen sein müssen und man dann in den Morgenstunden schon etwas Verkehrslärm abbekommt.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Les lits sont mêmes plus grands qu'indiques. Il sera juste nécessaire de régler les derniers problèmes liés aux travaux... la pression de l'eau dans la cuisine, les prises électriques d'une chambre..
