we are Tiziana, Bruno and the wagging Chicca, sociable Golden Retriever.
"Casa Nonna Franca" is an independent apartment of about 90 square meters located on the ground floor of the two-family house with garden a few steps from the lake
Final cleaning costs € 50 mandatory and € 200 security deposit to be paid on arrival fully refundable on departure.
Municipal tourist tax € 0.50 per night per person, does not apply to children under the age of six.
After your booking, a copy of the lease will be sent to you.

We live upstairs and we will be present during your stay, Tiziana speaks French and English at school level

The apartment consists of a bright livable kitchen facing the garden, well equipped and functioning with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, a large living room, two comfortable rooms and an equipped bathroom. 5 people can be accommodated with the possibility of adding a playpen for children up to 5 years. In the garden there is a comfortable and sheltered space for breakfast, lunches and relaxation provided you will find 2/3 bicycles at your disposal.

You can park your car in the nearby public car parks and your bicycles on the property. Convenient loading and unloading in front of the house entrance.

The house is located in Suna in a quiet residential area on the charming Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, a few steps from the lakeside promenade, the beach, the well-equipped communal swimming pool with beach and tennis courts. The village is served by a comfortable and well-stocked oven with a grocery store, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconist and florist, and popular bars, restaurants and trendy pizzerias, so much so as to be called the Saint Tropez of Verbania. Less than 5 minutes away two large supermarkets. A short distance from the lakeside promenade, where the rental station for bicycles managed by the municipality and the bus stop is located, leads to nearby Pallanza where you can find the embarkation point for the wonderful gulf of the Borromean islands, the renowned botanical garden Villa Taranto. and in 8 minutes you get to Intra.
The Continental Verbania Golf Course is 10 minutes away by car and the Golf des IIes Borromee and the historic Alpine Golf are 20 minutes away. Less than an hour's drive you can comfortably reach the MonterosaSki and Sandomenicoski ski resorts of the Ossola Valley particularly beautiful places for excursions and summer walks.

Phantastisches Suna

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer großen, schönen Ferienwohnung mit tollen Vermietern und Hund Lady. Dankenswerter Weise durften wir 2 Fahrräder benutzen, mit denen wir die Umgebung erkundet haben,.Perfekt!!!! Danke an Tiziana und Bruno für die schöne Zeit

Excellent séjour dans ce quartier pittoresque de Suna à Verbania où l'on aime se perdre dans des ruelles entremêlées aux maisons colorées et décorées d'icônes religieuses : un charme fou ! Excellente location parfaitement bien située à qq mn de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Location vaste, au calme, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec de grandes pièces, une cuisine ne manquant de rien, une literie parfaite, des rangements en abondance. Serviettes (en nombre plus que suffisant) et draps fournis. Propriétaires habitant au-dessus, disponibles, d'une grande gentillesse, parlant le français, qui nous ont même apportés des légumes du jardin et des confitures ! Cour intérieure sécurisée avec ombre et soleil. Prêt de vélo possible (et vélos en bon état !). Bref, rien à redire, tout était parfait, hormis le stationnement difficile dans ce quartier mais en même temps c'est aussi ce qui en fait le charme ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes ! Nous reviendrons dès que possible au lac Majeur et hors de question de chercher une autre location, impossible de trouver mieux !

Entspannter Urlaub in freundlicher Atmosphäre

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im EG, Vermieter wohnt in oberen Etagen. Sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Vermieterehepaar, trotzdem genug Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, zumal kurze Wege zum Strand, Bäcker und Gastronomie. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir waren 23 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden bedenkenlos wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in Suna war toll. Rund um hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Familie ist überaus zuvorkommend und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Es wird einem alles genau erklärt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom See dennoch ist es dort angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Suna. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Alles war da. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher, Badetücher, Duschvorlage, Seife, Duschdas, Gewürze, Essig und Olivenöl, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Kaffee für die Nespresso Maschine, ein Gläschen selbstgemachte Pfirsichmarmelade, kaltgestellter Secco, Knabberzeug. Was will man mehr? So kann der Urlaub beginnen. Tita hat uns herzlich begrüsst, war immer freundlich und konnte Tips geben.Auch ihre Hündin Lady hat sich gut mit unserem Levi vertragen. Für Levi stand schon ein Hundenapf und Leckerlis zur Begrüßung bereit.Das einzige was fehlte war ein fester Abstellplatz für das Auto. Da musste man in der Umgebung einen finden, was uns aber immer gut gelungen ist. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Casa Nonna Franca

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, es war sehr angenehm kühl und ruhig in der Nacht, es hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Tiziana/ Bruno/ Lady (Hund) haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen und hatten immer ein Ohr bei jeder Frage. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen, würde wieder dort übernachten...

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Casa Nonna Franca

Wir - inklusive unserem Hund - wurden von Tiziana sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Lidl befindet sich im Nachbarort, in ca. 5 Fussminuten erreicht man einen Minimarket. Empfehlenswert ist hier vor allem die Käseauswahl und der Bresaola. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Gegend um den Lago Maggiore zu erkunden. Danke, Tiziana, auch für das wertvolle Abschiedsgeschenk!

Top Adresse, immer wieder und die Vermieter sind einfach nur lieb

Alles war so wie beschrieben, nein eigentlich besser .man konnte alles zu Fuß erledigen, wie einkaufen essen gehen und soweiter.wir waren aber öfter mit dem Auto unterwegs

Localisation idéale près du lac majeur

Un séjour agréable dans un logement propre; avec des hôtes au top de la gentillesse, disponible, à l écoute et qui parle très bien le francais. Bien placé ( plage à 5 minutes, embarcadère à 15 minutes). La visite des îles un régal pour les yeux; la ville de stresa ; la rando du mont faie, et la lac d orga; toutes les activités sont possible dans cette région.

Familienurlaub am wunderschönen Lago Maggiore

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (Eltern mit drei Kindern zwischen 14 und 17 Jahren) 10 Tage in Pallanza-Suna verbracht. Die Ganze Gegend ist sowohl landschaftlich als auch architektonisch eine Pracht und absolut sehenswert. Der Ortsteil Suna an sich ist keine bloße Urlauber-Metropole mit großen Hotels, sondern erlaubt einen guten Eindruck, des Italienischen Flairs. Die Ortsteile Suna, das fußläufig erreichbare Verbania und Intra sind verbunden durch eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade. Auch Kulinarisch bietet die Strandpromenade ein reiches Angebot. Allerdings sollte man sich für die Abende ein gutes Mücken-Schutzspray einpacken. Etwa 400 m entfernt liegt der Strand aus grobem Sand. Hinter dem Sand-Streifen gibt es einen Grünstreifen mit Schatten-spendenden Bäumen, die wir genossen haben. Das Wasser war Anfang bis Mitte warm genug, sauber und sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass es ziemlich steil tiefer geht. Nun zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung bietet mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern sehr viel Platz für 5 Personen. Die Küche einfach aber sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns als Selbstversorger auch fürs Kochen an nichts fehlte. Sehr positiv ist, dass sowohl eine Spül- als auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt eine Etage über unserer Wohnung und war jederzeit bereit, zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist wirklich lobend hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung ist ein Steinhaus mit guten Abschattungsmöglichkeiten, sodass man auch ohne Klimaanlage gut auskommt, sofern man es Tags abdunkelt und Nachts gut lüftet. Auch die beiden Fahrräder der Vermieter durften wir nutzten, was angesichts der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation vor Ort sehr hilfreich war. Der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt). Fußläufig erreichbar ist aber ein kleiner Laden mit Bäckerei. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist die schwierige Parkplatzsituation. Weder am Haus noch in der Straße kann man parken. An der Straße gibt es zwar einige Parkbuchten, aber die sind immer belegt. Ca. 80 m vom Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte die Vermieterin freundlicherweise für uns einen Parkplatz freigehalten, so dass wir das Auto problemlos parken konnten. Da wir aber gesehen hatten, wie begehrt hier die Plätze waren, haben wir uns nicht getraut, das Auto zu nutzen, so dass wir den Vorteil des eigenen Autos am Urlaubsort leider verloren hatten.

Ci siamo trovati benissimi. La casa è strapulita e ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassata. In cucina non manca niente, le stanze sono arredate in maniera molto accogliente. La cosa più bella però è la proprietaria che ti fa sentire subito a casa! E molto gentile e super simpatica. Ci ha fornito persino delle biciclette, caschi per i bambini inclusi. Il giardinetto è molto profumato e ottimo per mangiare fuori. Suna e tranquilla e molto bella anche per bambini. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo!

Bequeme, großzügige Wohnung in der Nähe vom See

Schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten, sehr herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung, in wenigen Minuten kann man den Lago Maggiore zu Fuß erreichen. Dort gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Mehrere Supermärkte im Umkreis von ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Feriendomizil zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit sehr angenehmen Vermietern, die völlig diskret und trotzdem immer ansprechbar sind und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben haben. Nebenbei wurden wir mit leckerem Gemüse aus dem Garten beschenkt. Obwohl unser Hund und der Hund der Vermieter keine Freunde wurden, führte das zu keinerlei Missstimmungen. Rundherum empfehlenswert!

Wonderful home that was very comfortable with a lovely garden, close to the boulevard and lake.

We had a very pleasant stay. Tiziana is very hospitable and friendly. The house is wonderful; nice bed rooms and beds, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Even een nice garden to have breakfast etc. Very close to the lake, restaurants etc. We definitely hope to go back again.

Nous avons avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet appartement où nous avons séjourné en famille avec mes enfants et mes parents. La région est absolument magnifique, il y a énormément de choses à faire et à visiter dans les environs, des activités pour les enfants etc… Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Titziana, qui est d’une extrême gentillesse. Elles s’est montré à l’écoute et vraiment très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. L’appartement en rez-de-jardin d’une belle maison, est propre, grand et très bien équipé. Il possède une très jolie terrasse dans le jardin. Nous sommes parti le coeur lourd.
