This newly renovated holiday rental apartment in the heart of Luino is located on the second floor, 2 minutes walk from Lago Maggiore, shops, restaurants and Luino's famous Wednesday market.
The apartment contains;
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and exit
to a west oriented balcony with view over the city roofs
and Lago Maggiore.
-Couch corner with L-shape sofa and TV.
-Masterbedroom "with double bed and exit to a balcony to
the east.
-A smaller bedroom with two single beds and French balcony
to the west, overlooking the city roofs and the lake.

Easter break in Luino

Cozy apartment with lake view directly in the old town centre. Great restaurants around the corner, port 10 minutes away by walk for tours around Lago Maggiore. We loved it! Thank you , Anders for this wonderful stay.

Perfect location and great appartment

Great appartment in the center of Luino. The appartment has everything you need en was very clean. The view is great and 2 minutes walking and you are by the lake. We have really enjoyed our stay here!

Everything that you could possibly want was in this apartment. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door.The view from the small balcony is truly the best feature and we loved sitting there at the end of the day with a drink and listening to the bells.The apartment is nicely situated and it was just 5 minutes to be at the ferry port to take boats all over the lake.The only negative thing was the road that is in front of the building.It is a very narrow road and cars are moving very fast down it ,this was also noisy,but fine when the windows were shut. Just a small thing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend .

Italian holiday with a danish touch

We have just returned from our stay at Casa Danese. The beautiful apartment absolutely felt like a home away from home. Not your usual holiday rental for sure. It was very well equipped with everything, and then some. You will even find a foundue and a raclette, as well as a little barbecue (which we did not use, but I thought it must be nice to prepare a nice raclette during colder weather). We enjoy cooking, and local markets, and were able to prepare delicious meals. The beds are comfy, and everything is very clean. There are two tvs, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. The view from the back balcony over the roofs towards the lake has been mentioned a lot, and we absolutely agree that it is stunning. We usually parked in the little parking lot up the street. Luino is a nice place if you enjoy typical italian life, and the weekly market is worth a visit. Our host, Anders, was always available, and had sent all necessary information before our departure. He also provided a few hints and pratical advice, which we very much appreciated. Thank you once again for inviting us in your italian home, Anders!

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man für eine erholsame und schöne Zeit benötigt. Morgens Frühstück auf einem sonnigen Balkon und ab Mittag faulenzen und Ruhe geniessen auf dem anderen Balkon mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Einfach traumhaft schön!

Super schöne zentrale Wohnung

Ich war nun schon zum vierten Mal in der Casa Danese und die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Super zentral gelegen und der Balkon mit Blick auf den See unschlagbar. Auch wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte ist dies absolut kein Problem. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet,

Großartige Unterkunft!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Luino sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderbar und besonders morgens beim ersten Kaffee auf der Terrasse großartig. Der Komfort und die Ausstattung der Wohnungesind Super!

Die Wohnung ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles, und noch viel mehr, was der Urlauber benötigt ist vorhanden.Der Ausblick auf den See lässt den Urlaubstag gut beginnen.Um die Ecke gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei- bis zur Seepromenade ist es nicht weit. Wir konnten den Welcome-Letter und die Müll-Entsorgungsstelle nicht finden. Für uns war das Appartment mit zuvielen Sachen ausgestattet. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt im La Danese okay.

Schöner Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Wir waren vom 17.09. bis 27.09.23 in Luino am Lago Maggiore und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl geführt im La Casa Danese. Alles toll, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und und und. Vom Balkon (es gibt zwei) hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung gibt es die Pizzeria Manzoni mit super guter Pizza! Weitere Lokale gibt es reichlich. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Gemütliches Appartement in toller Lage

Ein Appartement zum Wohlfühlen mit kompletter Ausstattung und sehr sauber! Lage sehr zentral, Parkplatz war Anfang September immer zu finden. Tolle Sicht über die Altstadtdächer und den See. Schlafzimmer mit zweitem großen Balkon und Essgruppe zur kleinen Straße raus. Wie es in Italien nun mal so ist, knattern da auch mal die Mopeds vorbei. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber nicht zu hören. Von uns absolute Top-Empfehlung!

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement au deuxième étage sans ascenseur avec une belle vue sur le lac. L appartement est très bien équipé , il y a la clim dans le salon/cuisine pas dans les chambres. La rue devant est un peu bruyante si vous ouvrez la fenetre la nuit. Anders est toujours disponible et c est super appréciable. Idéalement situé Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

Die Wohnung hat den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung entsprochen.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet sauber und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Einzig der Ort konnte uns gegen andere Orte der Westküste nicht überzeugen, was aber nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun hat.

Gute Zeit in Luino

Nach 30 Jahren wieder mal am Lago Maggiore, in Luino. Den Ort kannte ich nicht, aber die Casa Danese hat mich sofort angesprochen. Wir haben hier tolle 10 Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Anzeige. Die Lage zentral, die Wege kurz. Auch als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und für Rennradtouren toll geeignet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
