Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a building, in a friendly complex.
The use of the pool, garden and common areas is shared with other apartments. The complex is suitable for families with children and offers a safe environment, as it is completely fenced and equipped with a shallow swimming pool.
In a few minutes by car you can reach both the heights of Mottarone, a destination for trekking excursions in summer and wonderful ski and snow walks in winter, and the beaches of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Take advantage of the opportunity to practice the various activities of the lake and the mountains, including sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving and canoeing or trekking, hiking, skiing, biking and fishing.
