About this property

The tastefully furnished apartment is located about 1.5 km above Belgirate, just 5 km from the famous resort of Stresa.

The apartment is located in the upper two floors of the small residential complex 'La Verbanella' with only 4 residential units.
The property is decorated in the typical Ticino style and, thanks to its excellent position, offers fantastic sea and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore.

The 'Nido sul Lago' (nest over the lake) is accessible from the garage by a comfortable staircase of about 40 steps. Through a private entrance gate you have access to the garden, forecourt with barbecue, the main terraces and the apartment.
It feels like a unique villa in a unique location.

The apartment is surrounded by several terraces (all for sole use without access from others), the garden area with barbecue (accessible through the lockable garden gate / sole use) and small green areas, all with a wonderful view.

The apartment is large and equipped with a lot of flair for detail. Thanks to a recent and detailed renovation everything is up to date and in perfect condition.
The rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and well maintained down to the last detail.
All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet floors.
The bathroom with the special double washbasin, toilet, bidet and hydro-massage shower is large and offers a lot of comfort.
Another toilet with sink is located in the stairwell.
In the basement of the apartment is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and storage facilities.

The romantic master bedroom is located in the 'tower' with a characteristic roof truss. Also from the upper, large terrace can be enjoyed an impressive lake view.
Another bedroom is located on the living floor and has a queen size bed (width 120cm), with a comfortable pull out bed (width 80cm) underneath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, 3-fold freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso machine (NESPRESSO-CAPSELN- please bring your own) blender, kettle and all necessary kitchen and cooking utensils.

A single garage with electric gate is available exclusively.

After a busy day on Lake Maggiore, retreat to this oasis and enjoy the tranquility, comfort and unique panorama.

Außergewöhnlich ;-)

Außergewöhnlich auf allen Ebenen und das betonen wir deswegen, weil wir noch nie eine so umfangreich ausgestattete FeWo hatten. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung wirklich geschmackvoll an alles gedacht, es gab genug hochwertiges Geschirr und Kochzubehör, sowie viele weitere Utensilien, wie in den Schubladen zu Hause. Die knapp 60 Stufen haben uns nichts ausgemacht und sind mit geraden Zwischenstücken einfach langsam total gut zu gehen. Oben angekommen wird man dann sowieso mit dem grandiosen Aus-und Weitblick belohnt. Die Terrasse ist groß und es gibt an jedem Platz mal Sonne mal Schatten und ausreichend Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das man nichts zu Fuß erreichen konnte fanden wir anfangs schade aber schon schnell empfanden wir es dann als ein Geschenk, so hoch oben, in dieser Ruhe, nach einem langen Tag nur noch abschalten und genießen zu dürfen. Eine Infomappe hilft bei allen Belangen und wir haben viele Empfehlungen dankend angenommen. Toller Kontakt mit Yvonne und Max, wir sagen nochmal DANKE auf allen Ebenen ;-)

Grandiose Aussicht und top Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer top ausgestatteten Wohnung hoch über dem See. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Die Info-Mappe im Apartment ist sehr informativ und umfangreich. Yvonne war aber auch darüber hinaus für Fragen erreichbar und hat wertvolle Tipps gegeben.

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Empfang und die Betreuung von Yvonne war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten viel unternehmen und das Wetter war super. Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit diesem unglaublichen Ausblick.

Der perfekte Ort

Für meinen Mann und mich war es der perfekte Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man genießt das Vogelgezwitscher und den Duft der Blumen. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht und das Infomaterial ließ für uns keine Fragen offen. Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Kontakt waren sehr sympathisch und reibungslos. In Belgirate gibt es einen schönen kleinen Strand, an dem wir täglich im See schwimmen waren. Unsere Wanderungen konnten wir vom Haus aus beginnen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!
