STUNNING LARGE APARTMENT WITH VIEW, GARDEN AND DIRECT ACCESS TO LAKE ORTA

Villa Letizia is a spacious, very comfortable and quite apartment situated in the village of Pettenasco on the Lake Orta, at only 2 Km from Orta San Giulio.
It is situated on the first floor of a villa (independent entrance) directly on the lakeside with a beautiful panoramic view of the landscape of the surrounding area.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room (possibility to add 1 extra bed) and 2 single rooms joined with independent access from the corridor, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), 1 kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher). Large living room with SAT- TV (possibility to add 1 extra divan bed for 1 person) with direct access to a covered terrace for outdoor dining with wonderful view over the garden and the lake.The large and peaceful private garden leads straight down to the lake and is equipped with table, chairs and BBQ under a green pergola as well as some beach chairs. Private parking inside the property.
For the guests, there's the possibility to use a private homologated canoe for 2 adults + 2 children with life jackets.

Lovely peaceful villa with great views

As a party of 4 friends, we stayed for 3 nights. Carolina has a lovely apartment with a big balcony looking over the lake and separate garden area with lake access. She was really helpful and welcoming. There are local restaurants to walk to and a boat available over to Orta - its a lovely tranquil place to stay.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lake

Carolina made our visit perfect in evrry way. Her apartment was beautifully equipped to make our stay comfortable with everything we needed. The garden is very nice. Restaurant's and market are all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend visiting here.

Carolina was our host, and she was a very good one! She was very friendly, attentive, respectful and easy to talk to.The rooms were all nice, clean, and there were plenty of them. We had a great view of the lake from the balcony/porch. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and not much traffic driving around. The house also was only a couple of minutes from a grocery store and coffee shop.

Fantastic

An incredible holiday next to the beach we had the best time this year in June and the beautiful apartment. Every day we were swimming in the lake and had wonderful evenings on the balcony thank you very much. We will be back.

Very nice stay at beautiful lake Orta

We had a great time in pettenasco. Carolina, the host, is most kind. The flat in her house is well equipped, if you like sharp knifes you should probably bring your own like in any holiday flat. Direct access to the lake is wonderful. Supermarket in walking distance and good restaurants available in pettenasco, also in walking distance

We spent 2 weeks in this apartment in August 2010. It is very well equipped, very comfortable, clean and quiet. The apartment is located above the one of the owners with an outstanding view on Orta lake and San Julio Island. The owners are really nice and very friendly. They know the area very well and are very good advice. The garden is very nice and peacefull with a direct access on the lake. It was perfect for our 6 and 10 years old children. We spent ours swimming in the lake ! We warmly recommend this rental (and will return with great pleasure) !

Herrliche Lage direkt am See

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Vermieterin empfangen. Diese kümmerte sich hervorragend um alle unsere Wünsche. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Ortasee ist wunderbar. Besonders den Ausblick von der Dachterrasse am Abend haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, direkt am See. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Grosszügige Wohnung mit viel Platz für unsere 9-Köpfige Familie. Die Inneneinrichtung ist allerdings schon recht in die Jahre gekommen (u.a. sehr abgewetztes Sofa) und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen.

Super Wohnung in super Lage

Diese Wohnung ist eine Reise wert. Sie liegt direkt am Ortasee mit privatem Einstieg. Alle Ausflugsziele sind in kürzerster Zeit zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen unglaublichen Blick auf den See. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super Unterkunft und Vermieter

Die Villa und der Garten bieten direkten Seeblick und Seezugang! Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen höflich und entgegenkommend! Wir hatten ausversehen einen Schlüssel im Schloss abgebrochen und dies wurde sofort und ohne Kosten repariert. Wünsch nach Grill und Sonnenliegen wurden sofort erledigt, selbst das Holz für den offenen Kamin wurde gestellt. Äußerst zuvorkommend und höflich. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Super netter Kontakt! Sehr schöne Villa in perfekter Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Objekt in direkter Seelage (sogar mit Bootssteg und Badeleiter...), große Wohnung (250 qm) im ersten Stock mit separatem Eingang, großer Garten, Parkplatz im eingezäunten Bereich. Traumhafte Aussicht von der grossen Terrase im ersten Stock auf den Lago d'Orta. Sehr freundliche und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemühte Vermieterin. Sehr gute Restaurants (Vecchio Forno alla Tio Aldo, Il Cortile...) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Conad City) in Fußentfernung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im 20 km-Radius (Omegna, Gravallona Toce, Pella, Orta St. Giulio...). Mailand nur 85 km entfernt, Lago Maggiore 25 km (Arona, Stresa). Monte Mottarone als Ausflug empfehlenswert mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die 7 großen Seen in Norditalien (bei klarem Wetter; Strecke ist anspruchsvoll zu fahren - Serpentinen, keine Begrenzungen...).

Sehr grosszügige Wohnung mit Garten

Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht, wirklich genug Platz sogar für 9 Personen. In Fussnähe zum Connad. Carolina, die nette Vermieterin hat uns sogar vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und uns auch sonst immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend behandelt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank

Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist total nett! Auf Nachfrage wurden uns Babybett und Töpfchen sowie ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und der Zugang zum See ist mit kleinen Kindern zwar etwas schwierig aber nicht unmöglich.. wir hatten noch ein Planschbecken dabei, damit sie spielen können.. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und man bekommt dort eigentlich alles was man braucht. Die Orte Omegna und Orta sind mit dem Auto oder Schiff sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisk udsigt og direkte adgang til søen

Vi havde et rigtigt dejligt ophold i Pettenasco. Boligen ligger på 1. sal med en dejlig terrasse og smuk udsigt over søen og mod Orta San Giulio. Der er direkte adgang til søen og ingen sti eller trafik foran søen. Så der er gode muligheder for at bade og svømme i fred og ro. Der er også mange gode vandre muligheder i baglandet, hvor der er gode stier. Der ligger et pænt supermarked tæt ved. Værten var meget flik og venlig. Alt i alt - helt perfekt.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, freundliche Gastgeberin!

Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Der private Garten und der private Zugang zum See waren für uns perfekt! Das Haus und der Garten sind schön und gepflegt, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur ein großes scharfes Messer sollte man lieber selbst mitbringen. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist genial und war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Die Gastgeberin Carolina war immer ansprechbar, Supermarkt ist 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, der Einstieg zu vielen Wanderwegen ebenfalls. Was sollte man sonst noch wissen: Der Bereich direkt am See ist ein Villenviertel, ruhig, aber man wird früh morgens oft durch Hundegebell der vielen Wachhunde geweckt. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Urlaub am Ortasee!
