The house is located in front of the charming Lake Orta and in front of the suggestive island of San Giulio, with beaches to relax in the sun, the possibility of sailing or renting boats.

The house has a strategic position to visit the lake areas, ideal for those who want to take a break from the stressful daily life. The large outdoor area of the house is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can eat outside while your children can have fun in the play area. A fitness area is also available.



The nearest town is Orta (1.1 km) and just 1.2 km away is the Sacro Monte di Orta nature reserve, which dominates the village from above. At 12 km is the picturesque village of Pella, in the shadow of a granite wall that supports the sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso (14.6 km).
