About this property

A green oasis in the middle of the popular resort of Tenero on Lake Maggiore

The rustic Ticino house stands in a vineyard in the middle of the lively town of Tenero. It has a beautiful garden seating area with a view of the vines and Lake Maggiore. In the house you have a lot of space to feel comfortable even in the cooler season. 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges and a large kitchen offer space for 6 people. Two pull-out sofas for 2 additional people are available (additional CHF 25 each for each additional person over 6).

The house is on a managed vineyard. The tenant lovingly takes care of the vines. Most of the vines are processed at Merascot Tenendro by Matasci Tenero, some of the vines are processed by the tenant himself! What could be nicer than enjoying the mild nights in the seat with a glass of our own wine. In the country there are all kinds of fruit trees and depending on the season you can use the trees (cherries, figs, pears, kumquats).

The house is ideally located for outdoor fans and water lovers. The Verzasca Valley is just around the corner and the lake can be reached in just five minutes on foot. In front of the house there is a bus stop with a direct connection to Locarno, Ascona and Bellinzona. The region on Lake Maggiore is a bike paradise. In winter you can go skiing or snowshoeing on the local mountain of Locarno (Cardada). The Bosco Gurin and Airolo ski areas are around a 50-minute drive from Tenero.

Casa Perini Tenero

An bester Lage, mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und einem zum Verweilen einladenden Garten verbrachten wir unsere Ferien im Casa Perini. Das Ferienhaus trumpft mit seinen grosszügigen Räumlichkeiten und der geschmackvollen, nostalgischen Dekoration. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Verwalterin Cynthia ist äußerst zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, die Unterkunft wieder zu buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolles Ferienhaus an herrlicher Lage

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Tage in der Casa Perini. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Gastgeberin war äusserst freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen!

Spezielles, geräumiges Haus mit viel Umschwung

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Haus und hätten es gut noch länger ausgehalten. Der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus mit Reben als Schattendach und einer kleinen Lounge, wo es sich herrlich ‚chillen‘ lässt, hat es uns speziell angetan. Ebenso die Gänsegruppe, die täglich ums Haus gezogen ist und gut auf uns aufgepasst hat. Das Haus selber hat sehr viele Treppen und zum Teil unberechenbare kleine Stufen, wo man auf seine Zehen achtgeben muss.😉 Es ist praktisch eingerichtet und war sehr sauber! 👌🏻 Wir hatten 2 Autos dabei, hätten uns aber ab und zu eher Velos gewünscht, denn damit wäre man schneller und auf schöneren Wegen an den See gekommen. Zu Fuss gings aber auch ganz gut. Das Grotto gerade gegenüber der Einfahrt serviert gutes Essen. Cynthia war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hat uns rundum gut betreut.😁

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit riesigem Anwesen, am Fuß der Berge. Das Haus ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand, das Grundstück und Garten immer gepflegt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Hunde dabei, das war überhaupt kein Problem, genug Auslauf ist vorhanden. Tenero Stadt mit sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen! Zum See sind es etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Es war eine sehr erholsame Zeit hier perfekt für Familien, wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen! Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das Internet/W-lan das nur in der Nähe des routers funktioniert!

Wunderschöne Lage und tolle Gastgeber!

Wir sind mit Kindern und Hund angereist und waren positiv überrascht, wie groß das Haus ist. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und abends saßen wir auf der Terrasse und haben den Weinreben beim Wachsen zugeschaut. Das oberste Zimmer ist ein Traum. Ein bisschen wie ein Schloß. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am See oder sogar, nach einem besinnlichen Spaziergang, in Locarno. Selbst vom Damm konnten wir per Wanderwegen zum Haus gelangen. Der Bus in das naheliegende Tal mit den Pools ist such gleich zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Perfektes Haus für Familien!

Wir haben wunderbare Ferien im Tessin in einem perfekten Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist toll gelegen inmitten von Rebbergen und der Natur. Der Bus fährt vor der Türe und ist ideal, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Von der Strasse hört man aber sehr wenig. Ausserdem erreicht man den See ganz einfach und schnell zu Fuss. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem und Badezimmer hat es genügend. Francine und Cynthia sind sehr hilfsbereit und super nett! Wir kommen wieder. Herzlichen Grüsse!

Wunderbares Haus und Gastgeberinnen

Wir genossen zu siebt die Ostern in Tenero. Das Haus bietet mehr als genug Platz, sehr bequeme Betten, eine wunderbare terasse mit blick auf die Reben und den Lago Maggiore. Es ist auch an kälteren tagen wohlig warm beheizt. Zu fuss erreicht man locarno in 45 Minuten über einen Fussweg dem See entlang. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an die wunderbaren Gastgeberinnen Francine und Cynthia!

Wunderbar

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll. Es zeichnet sich durch eine sehr schöne Lage aus. Man kann vom Haus aus viele Freizeitaktivitäten unternehmen... Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Le paradis dans les vignes avec une vue splendide!

La Casa Perini est magnifique... « un château » ont dit les enfants! Très bien.équipée, la maison est immense, décorée avec goût, en parfait état et très propre. Cinthia et Francine n étaient pas là à notre arrivée mais la maison était ouverte. Nous avons fait leur connaissance en milieu de séjour et le contact a été très agréable (comme lors du processus de réservation). Elles parlent plusieurs langues et c est très appréciable. Plusieurs magasins (Migros, Denner, dépôt de pain délicieux) se trouvent à 5’ à pied (et il y a même des vélos disponibles à la maison!). Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments très reposants dans et hors de la maison (chaises longues très appréciées!). Les environs ont beaucoup de choses très intéressantes à visiter et les marches dans le Val Verzasca sont magnifiques, encore mieux avec les couleurs d automne... Depuis Lavertezzo (20’ en voiture depuis la maison). nous avons adoré nous promener le long de la Verzasca jusqu à Motta (1h) pour redescendre par le sentier ethnographique sur l autre versant de la vallée (2h avec beaucoup de dénivellé!). Un séjour court mais intense dans une région (et une maison!) où nous espérons bien pouvoir retourner. Merci pour tout Cinthia et Francine!

Great house and hosts!

Our family spent a week in this spacious, beautiful, historic house in the middle of a vineyard and enjoyed every minute of it. Francine responded promptly and patiently to our many inquiries and was very helpful and flexible once we arrived. We had a couple of visitors and were pleased that the house can indeed accommodate up to ten people. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for smaller meals and the formal dining room for larger groups. The garden patio was perfect for an apero around the stone table or relaxing in one of the deck chairs under the grape vines. The views of the vineyard, the mountains and lake were spectacular, in particular from the bedroom in the top of the house that offered views in all four directions. The children enjoyed a small sandy public beach (free of charge) but it was far enough that we drove there (5 min by car). Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the area on the bikes that were readily available, nor did we take the bus that stops nearby. In short, we highly recommend this place and hope to return to it in the near future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Charmantes Haus mit besonderem Flair

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Da wir mit einem Baby anreisten, waren wir sehr dankbar für ein geheiztes Haus. Wir (Großfamilie 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) hatten schöne Tage in diesem sauberen und gepflegten, charmanten Haus. Schnelles W-Lan und ausreichend Parkplatz vorhanden. Zauberhafter Blick auf Gambarogno und Lago Maggiore, besonders in den Morgen- und Abendstunden vom Balkon. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und tolle Joggingmöglichkeit entlang der Promenade bis Ascona . Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Francine.

Comfortable and convenient

Casa Perini is a grand old house. It was very comfortable for three couples. We especially enjoyed the patio and vineyard. It was five minutes from the train station and right on a bus line. The host was very knowledgeable and very welcoming.
