The spacious master bedroom, located to your right, promises restful slumbers in a large bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. The built-in wardrobe offers generous space to store your belongings, and a comfortable armchair complements the room, ideal for moments of reading and relaxation. To the left, you will discover a modern bathroom, fully equipped for your comfort. It boasts a high-quality shower, with a stylish screen, and ventilation towards the inner patio for a consistently fresh and pleasant atmosphere. Continuing the tour, a designer kitchen opens onto the living room, equipped with all necessary utensils so you can prepare delicious meals at home.

The living room, the heart of this exclusive apartment, invites you to enjoy moments of rest and entertainment. The window overlooking the quiet central patio allows natural light in that enhances every detail of the space. You’ll find a dining table for four, perfect for intimate dinners or sunny breakfasts. The sitting area, fitted with a sofa bed measuring 1.50 x 2m, a low table and an armchair, is designed for your relaxation. Finally, a Smart TV will provide your daily doses of entertainment.

As you ascend in the elevator to the fourth floor, our communal terrace awaits you with breathtaking views of the majestic Cadiz Cathedral. This terrace, fitted with a sitting area composed of four chairs and a table, five sun loungers, and a shower area, is the perfect place to relax and bask in the Cadiz sunshine. In addition, we have a laundry room, free for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
