Fantastic Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host Lorenzo is amazing, friendly, and helpful. He is very passionate about this house and his future projects. Everything worked out great for us and we had a great week. The apartement is almost fresh renovated, well equipped and spacious. The property is big and has a lot of room for our dog to play and run around. The house is beautiful, and the view on the lake just breathtaking. This place gave us the quietness and privacy we looked for. An amazing place, and I am sure that we will return. Thank you Lorenzo for having a great time.

Property Has Potential To Be Great (Listing Inaccurate)

- Beautiful view and communicative / friendly host. This property seems to have been wonderful at some point and has potential to be wonderful with work. Until then, the listing needs to be updated to reflect the current reality. We booked the advertised two bedroom apartment for two nights and were contacted afterward to notify us that we could cancel or a couch could be moved in to the apartment. We are flexible and chose the couch option. A love seat (at best) is what was provided. We opted to take a loss on the expense and stay somewhere else the second night for the following reasons: - Hair was in the one bed we had, and the sheets appeared to have not been washed. - The only toilet paper was a nearly completely used roll. - There was a medical specimen collection container which contained a thick cloudy fluid left by the bed. - The hot tub was not functional and appeared to have not been used for some time. - The large wooden picnic table that features prominently in the pictures was almost completely rotted. - The landscape / grass was overgrown to the point it was difficult to walk beyond the paved area. - The area around the house was strewn with equipment and home renovation supplies.
