Lots of problems

This could be a gem of a property with a little TLC. It is in a prime spot on the complex, with a lovely large balcony. However. There were no smoke alarms, fire extinguishers or instructions on what to do in the event of a fire. A legal requirement in Spain. There were so many unnecessary ornaments and knick knacks, all of which were full of dust. A drawer full of herbs and spices 5 years out of date. No instructions on how to gain entry to the pool (we eventually found a small fob) Tvs only have spanish channels. This should be clear on the advert. The patio door lock in the bedroom was broken so we could not open the patio door. Coffee machine was so dirty it was unusable. All these problems would be easily rectified by the owner, Re Eden rentals,we twice messaged them.once to ask where we disposed of our rubbish, and once to ask about the broken patio doors. We were ignored both times. Terrible company.

Great place, near beaches but no noises of streets, other persons ... Great terrace, good appartment

the location, sea view, calm swimming pool, sun beds, Where to put the rubbish. The beds may be too small to stay with 4 people. One room with one large bed and a room with 2 separate beds would be more practical.
