Luxury apartment for 4 to 6 people equipped with 2 large bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Both take up large storage spaces.
The living room is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a large flat screen satellite dish and wifi, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, normal oven and microwave and everything necessary you need. Air conditioning is available.
The apartment has two bathrooms, the first one has a bath-shower, a wash-hand basin and a WC, the second one consists of a shower, a washbasin, a WC and a washing machine. A hairdryer is available.
You will be able to benefit from a big terrace of more than 35m ² with sight on sea !!! It is equipped with a dining table, an outdoor lounge, two deckchairs and a barbecue.
A parking space in the basement with electric door and remote control is at your disposal.
The residence is sported and perfectly maintained. You will enjoy access to 3 swimming pools with sea view: a beautiful large swimming pool, a swimming pool for children and a heated swimming pool.
Upon your arrival, the beds will be prepared, and beach towels, bath and hands will be at your disposal.
The apartment is very quiet in a high quality residence where you will feel at home.
The ocean is 300m from the residence. You will find the first restaurants and a beautiful walk of several kilometers by the sea at the bottom of the street (300m). The center of the village with other restaurants, shops and the Hard Rock Hotel are about 600m away.

Clean and spacious apartment

The apartment was very clean, spacious, with a big terrace and a great pool area. The apartment really had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area, restaurants are in walking distance. Playa del Duque is 15 minutes by car. Communication with the owner was prompt and very friendly. We‘d definitely like to come back!

A really homely, clean, tidy and spacious apartment

The accommodation is very very good, everything you need for a relaxing break. Clean and tidy, well thought out positioning of facilities (many of which are new/hardly used ie barbecue, electric grill for ‘outdoor use’, coffee machine(s), outdoor furniture etc.) The outdoor space is excellent, good furniture, space with full sun from morning through to late afternoon, ideal to top up the tan. A Personal “Welcome” from Sofia with the keys, who showed us round the apartment/garage area and made sure we had everything we ‘expected’ and advised us that should we need anything further to give her a ring, anytime! We didn’t, but could have! The little ‘extras’, not always included in some apartments were nice touches, ie Wine, water, ice, oil, pool towels, soap even several toilet rolls!! The area itself is quite quiet although there are a number of bars/restaurants within walking distance both up and down hill! We didn’t use the pools but they looked nice. Lastly, the owners, who seem to be very friendly people, also make themselves available during the stay should you have any questions/queries they could help with. One of the worst stays ever

We were given an incomplete address (according to the property manager) which meant the taxi dropped us off 2km from the apartment and the property manager had to come and rescue us. The apartment was not quiet as advertised but on a main road with lorries and buses. also the bins were emptied every other day at between 3.30 and 4am. the apartment was on a steep hill,not close to amenities. It was a long walk and then bus ride to a decent supermarket and a 5 Euro taxi ride back. There was no iron, the Tv was not tuned and even when it was, the picture kept freezing and rewinding and some channels(mainly BBC2) were unavailable. The light in the kitchen did not work and took 2 days to fix. The microwave oven also did not work and took a week for a replacement. The towel rail in the main bathroom was rusty as was the drier on the balcony. The second bathroom bore no resemblance to the picture. I do not think it was the same bathroom as the picture depicted. We were told that the apartment was ground floor when in fact it was called level 0. The entrance to the complex was level -1 and the pool was level -2. To reach the pool one had to either take a lift to level -1 and then go down 3 flights of atairs, or for step free access one had to go halfway round the complex to another lift, down 2 levels and then through an underground car park to gain access to the pool. Needless to say we only used the pool once. when. Could someone please email me as there is more to say

Heerlijk verblijf!

Mooi en goed volledig ingericht appartement, met een groot zuidgericht terras. We hebben er 3 weken verbleven en het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.Klein detail: het handdoekrek in de grote badkamer is aan vervanging toe en er waren slechts 4 koffielepels beschikbaar.

Super terrasse et résidence très agréable

Très bon séjour avec 3 enfants. Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. La terrasse immense permet de vivre dehors. La résidence est jolie et les 3 piscines sont superbes. Le quartier est sympa, très proche de petits commerces, pas de plage de sable fin mais une jolie promenade, prévoir une voiture

Unser Aufenthalt in der großzüg geschnittenen Wohnung war sehr positiv. Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb der großen Touristikzentren, aber gerade dieser Umstand war angenehem für uns. Auch hier in Playa Paraiso bekommt man alles relativ gut erreicht. Bis zum Lidl und Aldi und Mercadonna ca. 5 Autominuten. Zugegeben,etwas störend ist die Lage direkt an der Straße, aber die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich perfekt.

Schöne Zeit am Strand

Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Anlage nicht weit vom Meer. Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung könnte allerdings besser sein. Die Umgebung ist schön( kleine Bars, Restaurants am Meer). Es gibt ein paar große Hotels, es ist aber längst nicht so touristisch wie in anderen Orten auf Teneriffa. Ich hoffe, das bleibt so. Auto ist notwendig und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren.

Bij onze verlate aankomst bij het appartement werd we vriendelijk ontvangen en wegwijs gemaakt, ook over de omgeving en de voorzieningen. (Alleen wisten we niet waar we het afval kwijt konden) De ruimte binnen vonden wij geschikt voor max 4 pers. Het terras was heerlijk ruim. Omdat onze vlucht pas in de avond was kregen we toestemming om pas om 15.00 uit te checken. Werd door ons enorm gewaardeerd.

Very large apartment with everything you need including a garage . Very comfortable and practical front deck. Stocked kitchen with oil, vinegar , rice , spicies. pasta etc. Great work for the owner The bémol being a bit noisy on the deck til 9 pm because of heavy traffic .

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es in der Wohnung noch zwei Strandstühle gegeben hätte, da es an den am nächsten gelegenen Stränden keine Liegen zum Mieten gibt. Toll ist auch der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Der einzige Nachteil dieser Wohnung ist, dass die Terrasse an einer Hauptstraße liegt, und man von früh morgens bis spät abends Verkehrslärm hat. Da wir das nicht gewöhnt sind, hat uns das doch gestört.

Super schöner Urlaub

Es er das erste mal für uns auf Teneriffa. Alles war super angenehm und super schön. Die Wohnung war sauber es war alles verfügbar. Genau wie beschrieben. Super Netter Empfang und auch toller Kontakt. Auf fragen wurde direkt geantwortet.die Unterkunft liegt in eine Wohnanlage die sehr sauber ist der Pool ist nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Es ist super ruhig und sehr angenehm gewesen dort zu wohnen.wir waren 15 Tage dort und würden wieder buchen. Pool war sauber mit reichlich liegen und Zelten ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist klimatisiert und mit einer Ausziehcouch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet wir haben zwar nicht gekocht doch für das kochen hätte nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto was man für die Insel benötigt ist alles sehr zentral. Garagenstellplatz gab es auch zur Wohnung. Es war ein super toller Urlaub in einer super schönen und angenehmen Wohnung. Ich würde mich noch einmal für diese Wohnubg entscheiden. Danke für den Tollen Aufenthalt. Lieben Gruß aus Frankfurt am Main

Appartement bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Important d’avoir une voiture pour aller à la plage . Le seul bémol c’est le bruit du voisin du dessus. C’est une grosse résidence donc beaucoup de passage . Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause des mouches .
