Magnificent apartment for 4 to 6 people, on the ground floor, located in a paradise residence with swimming pool (Residence Adeje Paradise), 300 m from the sea. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second, smaller bedroom, also with a double bed. In the extension of the kitchen / bar, you will discover a charming living room which gives access to a large terrace with a solar awning and a garden furniture. This living room can also accommodate 2 people thanks to its sofa bed. Bathroom with WC. The apartment has all the necessary comforts, namely: TV, wifi, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, dryer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, orange press, blender / mixer, hair dryer, chair baby, the provision of household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels, no beach towels) ...
This complex, reputed to be one of the most beautiful on the island, is maintained with care. It has two large swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter, as well as a children's pool.
It also has a poolside bar where you can enjoy quality dining and exceptional cocktails.
Secure parking is available in front of the apartment.
If you want to have fun, a diving center, a karting, as well as a golf course, is located near the complex.

We were really disappointed with this apartment, particularly as it was booked for a family stay over Christmas and New Year.Sadly, the property did not reflect the advert or photographs. It was much smaller than expected and very difficult to live in as a family of four. There was virtually no storage space, the apartment felt worn and tatty, and many items were chipped, marked, or broken. We even found boxes stored under the bed containing other people’s clothes, which was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable.The layout was impractical, with bedroom doors that could not open fully, internal doors cut away at the bottom, shutters that would not close properly, and a general feeling that the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. There was also no spare bedding available. The balcony is cluttered and the smell of weed from neighbours was so stong we had to go inside and close the doors.We raised our concerns politely during the stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation and ultimately leave early, which was not how we had hoped to spend our Christmas holiday. We stayed 1 night of 14!This was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend the apartment for families. The advert is very misleading and so are the reviews and should be ignored. The apartment is very rundown, the complex is ok at best. Location is not suitable either as there is nothing around.

The complex was nice but the apartment could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. All kitchen utensils such as glasses and plates were dusty so we needed to clean everything before we started to use it but the good part is that we had everything we needed. The internet worked only the 2 first days after that we had no internet during the whole stay but the owner took care of it with a compensation and that was appreciated. We were a company of 5 people but i would recommend this apartment for maximum 4 people.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation und die Begrüßung waren sehr gut. Der beheizte Pool war wirklich sehr warm. Tolle Poolbar mit leckerem Essen. Sehr ruhige Anlage, keine Partys oder laute Musik. Nette Mitbewohner. Ein paar Reparaturen hier und da jedoch nötig.

Wohnung mit Potenzial nach oben

Wohnung war zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Großer Vorteil: neues Badezimmer, gute Handtücher, sonnige Terrasse Nachteile: Wände vorallem im Schlafzimmer gehören neu verspachtelt, gestrichen, Sauberkeit bzgl Staub hat Luft nach oben, Küche veraltet. Dass, das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat war mir bekannt, jedoch wusste ich nicht dass dort auch die Waschmaschine und Wasseboiler steht, was den Raum doch ziemlich einschränkt. Kontakt zu Vermieter war freundlich, ich schreibe auch ungern eine schlechtere Bewertung, aber durch die vorangegangenen Bewertungen hatte ich eine bessere Wohnung erwartet.

Appartement très confortable dans un complexe touristique très qualitatif de Playa Paraiso, juste à côté de Costa Adeje. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et son contact sur place. Tout cela nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances !

appartement fonctionnel, de surface correcte, cuisine équipée avec belle et grande terrasse petite vue mer surtout l'ensemble du complexe a une architecture humaine, originale. Accès piscine peu pratique, avec clé mais les nombreux bassins sont superbes. certes le plus bas est très froid. Transat réservés (interdits) dès 9h du mat, faut se battre. Appartement au dessus un peu bruyant et on entend un peu les voitures de la résidence passer devant la fenêtre de la chambre, surtout quand elles vont vites ; les gardiens présents à toute heure devraient veiller à cela

Résidence dépaysante et super complexe piscines

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et calme dans une résidence au style grec. Tout y est, l'appartement est bien équipé. La 2eme chambre est destinée à des enfants car petite pour des adultes. Le complexe de piscines est super pour farniente et rafraîchissement. Il manque à la limite un toboggan ou autre pour que les enfants jouent. Je recommande le chalet ++ pour une pause repas

Die Anlage und ist sehr schön

Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist ok. Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein und es fehlt an Kleiderschränken. Abends hört leider laut Stark das Abendprogramm der Hotels, was das Genießen des Balkons beeinträchtigt

Nice stay for short vacation, less for a longer stay

The facilities (apartments, pool area, parking) are great. The kitchen is well equiped and the flat had an excellent terrace. However, for a longer stay, say longer than 10 days, it is not an ideal place due to poor instructions of apartment functionalities, bad vacuum cleaner and placement of washing machine which also had a strong smell of mold. Additionally, the pool was only heated during high season (Christmas and New Year).

We know the complex it’s very secure, parking a big bonus.

An information sheet on how to work Wi-Fi, washing machine etc. some English spoken TV stations would be good. We didn’t cook much but there was no lids for the pots. The apartment was clean with no pests and very comfortable. I took my own washing powder and liquid but there was some there already, very helpful. Helps to keep the apartment and utilities clean. Thank you for a nice stay.
