Magnificent apartment - heated swimming pool - ideal location - terrace - Wifi

Looking for peace and well-being, our apartment is for you! Located in Playa Paraiso in the beautiful residence El Horno, just in front of the Ocean with many advantages:
- A beautiful terrace of 16 m2, half-sunny from early morning, with a table, chairs, deckchairs and lounge.
- A charming interior of 70 m2, including a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom. Ideal for 4 to 5 people.
- A garage space of 15 m2 in a privatized parking.
- Very cozy, comfortable and bright, with magnificent views of the pool, gardens and ocean.

The residence is very quiet, perfectly maintained with pretty gardens.

Located 5-10 minutes walk from:
- the ocean with a walk to the small beach of Las Galgas;
- the center of Playa Paraiso, its supermarket, shops and restaurants;
- Hard Rock Hotel.

From autumn 2019, the Rosa Center Shopping Center and its shops are expected to open 100 m from the residence.

Located 27 km from the airport "South Airport", the residence has a lift, a large pool, a children's pool, a playground and a private garage with electric door and remote control, located just below the apartment.

It also has everything you need: an iron and ironing board, free internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, TV + satellite cable, baby equipment (bed , chair, pot and tub), a safe and shutters.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, griddle, juicer and crockery.

Upon arrival, beds will be prepared, and beach, bath and hand towels will be provided.

Decreasing prices depending on the duration of your stay, do not hesitate to ask price!

To do in the area: water sports, golf course, many hikes, walks in the typical villages and tourism bordering the ocean, in the harbors of fishermen and in the heart of the lively life of Playa de las Américas or Playa Fanabe.
The visit of Teide (ancient volcano and highest point of Spain) is sublime.
The Loro Parque, AcquaLand and Siam Park will delight young and old alike.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern. The balcony is large and the beds are comfortable. The pool was very nice. There was a lot of noise from some neighbours which we reported to the owner. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There are a few beaches nearby, most are a 20 minute drive away. Few shops and restaurants nearby, but it was pretty quiet.

Brilliant Family Apartment

We have just spent a lovely 10 days at Christel's apartment. It has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. Air conditioning was a big plus as we had some unexpected hotter weather. The surrounding area is great, with lots of supermarkets, shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a few alcove beaches within walking distance too, perfect if you don't want to hire a car. We did hire a car (the inside garage space was great) and visited quite a few different areas of Tenerife, but if you're happy to just relax and enjoy the area, it isn't necessary. The apartment also has the use of 2 pools, and my son was there twice a day every day! The large balcony is also fab, for relaxing,l and eating on. The only thing I would recommend (and it wasn't really an issue) is an update of the bedding. The main bedroom pillows were non existent, so a nice pair of full comfy pillows (for someone who likes a good firm pillow) would have been great, as well as some new bedding (as this looked a little dated). But other than that, we had a perfect stay as a family of 3 with a 7 year old. He loved his room with bunk beds and sofa. I would highly recommend to anyone. The collecting of the keys and dropping off was very easy with the lovely Nathalie - thank you. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you again Christel

Séjour très très positif, l'appartement est parfait pour une famille ou autre composition. Tout est sur place pour vivre comme chez soi, cuisine équipée, télévision, aspirateur, fer à repasser, air conditionné... Il y a tout les équipements utiles, draps pour l'extérieur, draps de bain, parasols ... La piscine du complexe est chauffée et sécurisé c'est très bien, le complexe est également super sécurisé. Il y a tout pour faire vos courses et autres à 100 mètres de l'habitation. Une mention 5+ étoiles pour la personne qui nous a accueilli, toujours disponible et proactive.

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was im Urlaub braucht wird. Der beheizte Pool war ein großer Vorteil und der Tiefgaragenplatz war sehr hilfreich. Die Promenade ist kurz, aber sehr schön angelegt.

Avons passé un très agréable séjour à playa Paraiso, notre location était très confortable , joliment décorée , très bien équipée et très propre. Une belle piscine . La résidence était très bien située. Proche des commerces et de la plage . Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, nous avons trouvé des boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur ainsi que des petites choses à grignoter à notre arrivée .des petites attentions qui font très plaisir . Nous recommandons vivement cette location !.

Wij hebben genoten van dit geweldige plekje in Playa Paraiso. Alles is er piekfijn in orde en kraaknet. Het contact met de eigenaars verloopt zeer goed en het onthaal ter plaatse is prima. Zeker een aanrader voor een rustige vakantie onder de zon!

Wundervolles Appartement zum Wohl fühlen und Abschalten

Wir haben uns im Appartement von Christel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr gut und ihre Antworten/Hilfe kamen prompt. Das Appartement liegt ruhig, das neue Rosa Center ist fußläufig schnell erreicht (max. 5 Minuten). Dort gibt es einen modernen Supermarkt, Cafés, Burger King, Kleidungsgeschäfte wie Esprit, etc. Das Appartement ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder gab es sogar Stifte zum Malen und Sandspielzeug sowie einen Sonnenschirm, sodass wir das nicht kaufen mussten. Auf dem Balkon war es nicht zu heiß, sodass wir dort gut essen konnten, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Die vorhandenen Rolläden sind perfekt, um morgens auch mal länger im „dunkeln“ liegen bleiben zu können. Toller, sauberer Pool und Kleinkindbecken. Dort war es zu keinem Zeitpunkt überfüllt. Der Parkplatz/Garagenstellplatz war für uns Gold wert, da die Plätze vor dem Appartement meist belegt waren. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour impeccable

Logement impeccable idéalement situé à proximité des commodités et de l’océan. Accès facile à la piscine collective chauffée et sécurisée. Le parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Natalie, qui gère sur place, et qui parle français pour sa disponibilité et son accueil pour la prise en main du logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very cute apartment

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was a cosy space with all the amenities we needed and very clean. It was also incredibly quiet and peaceful and very well located near a shopping centre but away from the main areas, which we wanted. The pool was sensational. It was very big and never busy so perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend!

Alles in Ordnung - zu empfehlen

War alles wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool etc. ist alles sauber und schön. Haben uns (2 Erwachsene + Kinder 2,5 Jahre u. 1 Jahr) wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement empfehlen. Einziger Punkt, eine Markise auf dem Balkon wäre gut. Die Sonne scheint dank Südausrichtung schon morgens kräftig. Lage an sich alles super. Nah zum Meer (kein Strand, dieser ist ca. 800m entfernt) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer angenehmen, ruhigen Anlage. Wir haben uns diese 8 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch den Balkon müssen wir hervorheben, ein herrlicher Platz zum frühstücken, relaxen, Sterne schauen. Ein kleines Manko ist die Dusche untenherum. So schön die Fliesen sind, aber in einer Dusche ist jede Fuge zu viel. Hier müsste man die letzten fliesen abschlagen und ein Aluminium Blech einsetzen. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer sind sauber und alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Kleine Details was eine Wohnung gemütlich, macht findet man überall. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Everything was perfect ! I have rarely experienced such a good performance. Impeccable cleanliness, provision of masks, disinfectant. The welcome was very warm and friendly, to each of our questions, a very quick response. the view from the apartment is breathtaking !! on the island of la gomera, on the mountain of teide, and even on a small piece of ocean. the residence is ideally located. a 5-minute walk away, you will find everything you need: shopping center, playa paraiso center, promenade along the océan, playa de las galgas. we also really appreciated the charming decoration, as well as the super-equipped kitchen. in short: fabulous! Thank you Christel and Sébastien, we will come again !!

Rustig genieten in comfortabel appartement

Top appartement. Uitstekend uitgerust met alle comfort. Zeer rustig gelegen. Je hebt auto nodig om een goed strand of andere toffe locaties te vinden want weinig te beleven in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Dat komt de rust natuurlijk ten goede.

Calm area, well maintained complex, fully equipped apartment

Hi all, we had a perfect time at Christel's place and enjoyed the Island very much. The beach is close, the pool is clean and well temperatured (~23°C during our stay) and the appartment has everything you need. Main guests in the complex were elderly people which made it calm and relaxing, but didn't prevent our 3 year old daughter to have a lot of fun :-) Rosa Center, a small shopping mall, is 150m away and offers everything you need. Parking lot inside the complex was a great plus as parking is not always easy on the Island. Of course you will find more luxury for more money, but the price tag was good and what you get is much more than good enough. We liked it to be close to everything, but not in the middle tourism, parties and crowds. That the fridge died during or stay was nobodies fault and the team around the apparment managed quickly to solve the issue! Very good. The check-out was easy, but a bit bumpy from timing perspective. We could stay longer than initially promised (great!), but the time changed several times during last 12hrs. Overall a perfect stay and if we go back to Tenerife, this location will be our first check point. Thank you Christel e Sebastian for your hospitality!
