Located on a secure gated resort with round the clock security, this brand new villa is South West facing with excellent balcony views across the estate to the Azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a traditional Bajan Rum punch and soak up the evening sunset. From the front of the Villa, entry is via a double door which leads immediately into the hallway and through to the generous living space. A third guest bedroom is accessed from the hallway as are the stairs to the first floor.
The spacious living area is a combination of sleek modern lines including a stylish modern kitchen featuring appliances by leading Italian manufacturer Smeg. ‘La Cantina’ aluminium sliding doors lead out onto a covered veranda and also allow access to a fabulous salt water communal pool.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in closet and a shared balcony. The bedrooms and glass wrapped balcony look directly out across the estate to the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
On the Resort you will have access to the Clubhouse where food is available throughout the day for dining in or delivery. The Rum Shak is a must, Themed on the traditional Bajan Rum Shak’s seen around the island. With the local Rum’s being the go to choice for many patrons. A bowl of ice and a coke on the side and with a delicious menu, you’re all set! There are plenty of activities available onsite, the most popular of which being golf. The par 72, 7,045-yard course was designed by acclaimed course designer, Robert Trent Jones Jnr. There is also a fully equipped gym as well as tennis courts which are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and are floodlit at night.
Off the resort, there is a private beach club for Royal Westmoreland guests only. Located on Mullins Beach, the Beach Club is open daily from 12:00pm serving meals throughout the day. Enjoy a Coffee with the morning sun or relax with cocktail and watch the sunset at the end of the day. Enjoy a meal right by the beautiful Barbados Sea, even watch the Sun go down and take in the Culinary delights of the food cooked to perfection by the award winning Chef and his team. Mullins Beach itself has something for everyone, from cocktails to jet skis as well as plenty of spaces to relax in the sun.
