A modern and cosy, recently built villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located in a quiet residential area, where essential amenities are within easy walking distance. A garage is available on the property.

The S. Maria della Misericordia Civil Hospital and the University of Udine are located about 2 km away. City centre Udine is about an 11-minute drive or a 16-minute ride by public transport.



The villa measures 196 square metres and is arranged over two levels, connected by a staircase.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, clothesline, hair dryer, mosquito screens, iron, and ironing board.

One covered parking space is available for guests. You may also park a car in front of the garage.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.





Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



Udine, the “Gateway to the East,” is a city rich in history that captivates everyone with its immense charm. Today, it is an elegant and refined urban centre in every aspect. A city that has undergone many changes, yet has always preserved the beauty of its most important buildings of great historical and cultural value.

The area where we are located is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for families with children, as the Viola d’Udine park is just 800 metres from the apartment. There, you can let the kids play, take a relaxing walk, or read a good book while sitting on a bench.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or car (125 km – 1 hour and 20 minutes).



- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Aeroporto Station (just over a 9-minute walk from the airport) to the Udine station, where you can take bus No. 2 to the UDINE via Feletto 113 stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via public transport: take bus No. 2 to the “UDINE via Feletto 113” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, a covered parking space is available on the property. You can also park your car in front of the garage entrance.
