On the lower level, you will find a cozy bedroom and a bright family room with a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxation and cozy moments. Here you can relax after a day full of adventure in Österlen and enjoy a warm and inviting atmosphere. The newly renovated bathroom gives you the opportunity to freshen up and enjoy modern comfort. Here you can relax in the spacious shower and get a nice start to the day or a relaxing moment in the evening and also the opportunity to wash your clothes. Upstairs, a larger common room awaits you, where three more people can find a comfortable place to sleep. Here you can hang out, play games or just enjoy each other's company. The open floor plan gives a sense of space. In addition to the house's charm and comforts, you can also enjoy the lush garden. Sit outside and enjoy the wonderful view while having a cup of coffee or a good meal. The garden offers a peaceful oasis where you can relax and unwind in harmony with nature and at the same time have an unobstructed view of the fields. Feel free to pick berries and fruits from the trees if available. This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes. In summer, there are also a lot of flea markets here, which are usually very appreciated by all visitors!
