Villa Esmeralda 20 is a luxury villa located in the newly built area of Finestrat. The villa features a private pool, private gym, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This makes the villa suitable for 14 guests.



The Space:

The rooms are fully equipped. You will find air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a television with spacious seating area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.



In the spacious garden with a gas barbecue (gas bottle not included), swimming pool or on the large roof terrace, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun with 6 sunloungers. Indeed, the Costa Blanca is known as the place in Spain with the most hours of sunshine. So whether in winter or summer, this is the place to be.



The villa is located near Camporrosso Village. All guests of Villa Esmeralda 20 are therefore allowed to use the facilities that belong here. These include a large communal swimming pool, sauna, gym, indoor heated pool, paddle courts and a children's playground.



The villa has a private parking space. Up to two baby beds can be rented (4€ per night per baby bed).



Guest Access:

Our local host will check you personnaly in at location between 16:00 and 22:00. After 22:00, check-in is not available.

Only a 5-minute drive away, you'll discover a plethora of attractions, including the Finestrat beach and the renowned beaches of Benidorm. Additionally, enchanting sights like Guadalest, Fonts d'Algar, and charming cities such as Alicante, Altea, and Calpe are easily accessible. Golf enthusiasts will find 18-hole courses in close proximity.



For those seeking adventure, the amusement parks Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, and Terra Natura are nearby!

The villa is gorgeous. We stayed over the Christmas period and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to Lidl (3 min drive) brought all things we could need to cook a Christmas dinner for 7 of us. There was plenty of utensils in the villa (not quite enough cooking dishes) but it’s Christmas dinner. Does anyone ever have enough cooking dishes! All the TV’s were smart TV’s so we could all log in to our individual accounts - perfect. The view is stunning! We did not really use the pool as it was freezing but it would have been lovely in summer. The bottom floor of the villa is like a seperate apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. My only gripe was that the gym in the pictures on the ground floor was not available. However that didn’t really impact our stay. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms are fabulous and all have under floor heating. Towels were plentiful too.I was dubious that I may have been scammed but the contact from Miguel (property manager) was perfect. He put my mind at rest. We would recommend this villa 100%
