parking space is 2.2 meters wide and has columns on both sides; result is one meter less than standards used by Bilbao and Spain making it impossible to park our car. Hosts provided no help and left us stranded for parking at midnight. Shower looks to have mold or grime throughout. Toilet seat is not properly attached. Hot and cold water lines are switched in kitchen (is dishwasher on correct feed?). 2 out of 3 table lamps did not work. No AC. Some unevenness in flooring. The location (Txurdinaga) is densely populated; street parking is very limited. The clothes drying rack is tiny for a 3 bedroom apartment. Few consumables are supplied. If I were to return to Bilbao I would not stay at a place managed by The Urban Hosts.(I attempted to take photos but none came out)

Buen alojamiento

En general, la vivienda es lo esperado. Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso especificar que seríamos 4 tuvimos que abonar 120€ más, así que el anuncio se presta a engaño si como nos pasó a nosotros reservamos para 4 noches a razón de 600 euros, precio ya suficientemente alto como para tener que abonar esa cifra extra, qué repito no se especificó desde el inicio por error no por mala fé, porque en cuanto se fue consciente del error se procedió al pago, ahora no repetiremos con semejante precio, 4 noches más de 720€ (ya que además se cobra un suplemento de limpieza de 65€).. Sin más, todo lo demás perfecto!
