The house is in the Castizo Barrio de La Latina, in the heart of the Rastro, a mythical Madrid market that is held on Sundays.
This apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, all perfect for 4 people; bathroom with shower.
House with lots of light, skylights in each room, which allow you to enjoy the sky during the day or at night. Despite being in the lively neighborhood of La Latina, the house is very quiet.

Details
The penthouse has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has air conditioning and electric heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you need to make you feel at home: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender and toaster.
The living room has a sofa, a table for meals and a television. In addition, you have Wifi. Bathroom, with shower tray, includes basic toiletries kit (shampoo, shower gel, clean towel for sink, hair dryer).

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator, upon arrival you will be received in person. Free arrivals are from 15h to 20h. Arrivals after 20h to 22h carry a supplement of €35 to be paid in cash by the guest upon delivery of the keys. Arrivals after 22h to 23h carry a supplement of €75 to be paid in cash by the guest upon delivery of the keys.
The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
Noisy parties and gatherings are absolutely prohibited. Under the sanction of the competent authorities.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before you go out. I ask that you take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are some containers on the street enabled for this.
Leave the house collected before your departure. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you.
In accordance with Spanish legislation, all guests staying in a tourist apartment are required to show their identification (ID card or passport).

How to move
It is located in the La Latina area, one of the most representative and central neighborhoods of Madrid.
The closest metro stops to the penthouse on foot are: La Latina (line 5) just 3 minutes away and, 7 minutes away is the Tirso de Molina station (line 1).
Thanks to its magnificent location, you can access most of the tourist attractions on foot. El Rastro is 5 minutes away, Plaza Mayor 10 minutes, Puerta del Sol 14 minutes and the Royal Palace 15 minutes.
