Not what I was expecting in Lisbon

The neighborhood was not good The TV didn't work. The stove electric. Will worm up for few minutes and then shot itself. Taking a shower, we had to control the water otherwise it will overflow. David never talk to us, he delegated his sister Estefania who was very helpful when we arrived and told us any proble tomassage her so we did about the TV but never had a response. To make things worse, my husband saw 2 big roaches, I'm terrified about those animals, I have a phobia.
