This bright holiday home is located just 200 meters from the stunning North Sea coast, with its wide sandy beach. A path runs along the house, leading directly down to the beach. The property is situated in an attractive and scenic area near Løkken Syd, providing easy access to both the beach and the town of Løkken. The house sits on a spacious natural plot of approximately 1,980 m², offering plenty of space for outdoor activities and fun. The terrace provides both sunny and shaded areas, ensuring a comfortable spot at any time of day. In the evenings, the whole family can gather around the garden barbecue, while next to the house, a pétanque court adds an extra element of outdoor entertainment. Inside, the holiday home features an open-plan living room connected to the kitchen, with direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine for added convenience. There are two bedrooms, as well as a glazed veranda where you can enjoy summer evenings for longer. A cot is also available for families with young children. For heating, the property is equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump and a pellet stove. Please note that only pellets may be used in the stove – regular firewood is not allowed. With its close proximity to the beach, spacious outdoor areas, and family-friendly amenities, this holiday home offers a perfect mix of relaxation and fun in a beautiful coastal setting. Please note: Rental is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
