The guest left the apartment dirty, with all the living room furniture covered in brown stains (it had to be washed), the bed covers stained with blood and brown liquid (it had to be cleaned), and she took towels and a rug from the apartment. She also brought cats into the apartment when they weren't allowed. A very bad experience.
