Lovely apartment with private balcony inside a residential complex with shared swimming pool in Puegnago del Garda.The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the living room that features a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs and an American kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee maker and toaster. French doors lead to the private balcony, equipped with outdoor table and chairs, from which there is a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. The apartment continues with a room consisting of a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, television and balcony. The floor is completed by the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Through a staircase it is possible to access the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed and closet.Guests will have amenities such as free wi-fi, fans, and independent heating for colder days.Guests will benefit from a public parking outside the property.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
