Fully refurbished one bed flat in a lovely area of Birmingham.
The whole property has been done at a high spec and high standards.
The apartment is very quiet.
It has one bedroom and one living room.

The main entrance is secured with a digicode and secured with CCTV.

You can park outside the flat (free parking).

You will have the flat for yourself (it is NOT shared).
Other things to note
The flat is number 3, first floor (no lift).

No deep fat frying.
No portable heater.
There is no food or condiments provided (salt, pepper, oil....).
There are no tablets for the washing machine or dish washer.
There is free street parking but it could be busy at certain hours. If this is the case, you can park in the neighbourhood.

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Put the keys in lockbox where you found them.

Do not leave dirty plates in the sink or anything in the dishwasher. The oven needs to be cleaned after it’s been used. £50 will be charged if it is.

Please empty the bins in the big grey bins outside. Do not leave any rubbish in the flat.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
