Villa Silvalina with private pool and amazing sea view in Sorrento coast

Villa Silvalina is hidden in the blooming nature of Riviera San Montano (Massa Lubrense), just 6 km away from Sorrento has, for decades, allowed it's guests to enjoy the beauty of the Sorrento coast while being far from the tourists crowds.Access to the Villa Silvalina (large approx 300 sqm) is possible by an electric gate with private parking space up to 4 medium size cars all inside the gated. From the first step into the property the guests find themselves surrounded by centennial olive trees and citruses, the garden, that wraps around the whole villa.
In the outdoor area there’s a stunning pool, with different depths, that overlooks both Marina della Lobra small port and Capri island view, allowing the guests to admire the sunset in one of the most peculiar and beautiful places in our Country. Near the pool there are two outdoor showers and there are both sunbeds and sofas.
The Villa is composed of Ground floor: includes an open space living room/dining room with double sofa bed and a closed off kitchen; the living area has sofas and a Smart TV (not included tv subscriptions) where the guests can enjoy their favorite shows, a dining table and a gaming/working table. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and on the outside, on the wrap around porch there’s an elegant marble and wrought-iron table and chairs, where the guests can enjoy all the meals of the day, while being seated right in front of the sea; close to the kitchen there is a half bathroom for the guests.
First floor: there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and biggest bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The room also has 2 private balconies, one with access from the bedroom and a view on Capri island, the other with access from the bathroom and Gulf of Naples view. Both balconies are furnished with either sofas or lounge chairs.
Other two bedrooms (one of this has a bed size 145x190 mt.) share a bathroom, with typical mediterranean style tiles, with a tub-shower combo. They also share the biggest balcony of the villa, furnished with both sofas and lounge chairs, with a view of the typical coastline.
Second floor: the attic has a spacious bedroom, well lit by the multiple windows that have a view on both Capri and the coastline, the room also has a walk-in closet in the hallway; the bedroom has its private bathroom with a large shower.
The whole floor has tiles in the typical mediterranean style pattern, differentiating it from the rest of the villa that has either marble or granite flooring and all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning system.
