An ideal base for families and groups of friends, you can explore the city centre and all the attractions the wonderful Brighton has on offer. It is great place to stay, cosy.

For a small trip to Brighton the house have a good location near stores, restaurants, not far from the beach and you can walk to the station (15 minutes walks approximately).

We loved our stay in Brighton.

Cozy home, gorgeous kitchen, comfy beds. Walked everywhere from the front door. Close to shops, food and the beach. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing stay - perfect location

We had an amazing stay - the location was just perfect, a quiet side street but so close to the shops and restaurants. Lucy was so helpful before and during our stay and answered any questions we had quickly. The house was lovely and just as described. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again x

Great stay in Brighton House

Very comfortable and clean. Everything is central and within walking distance. We had some good dog walking and regular running on the beach front. Would definitely recommend and hope to rebook again. Thank you ️

Great location, within 15 minutes of the main restaurant and shopping areas.

The rooms were as promised. The 2nd bedroom is pretty small and the bed is against the wall but it was fine for a single person.

3 wonderful weeks in a very well located cottage

The location of the cottage was perfect .very close to western road with all the shops (westrose, Primark , Churchill mall) Less than 10mm to the beach. Located in a very quiet street. Everything was perfect we rented many cottages in Brighton for 10 years and this one was perfect Maybe the cleaning could be improved especially the backyard

Better than the photos!

Great place, looks like the photos - possibly better to be honest. Felt right at home, everything you need for a few days a way. Very comfy bed and sofa. Really central location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby but on a quiet street away from noise. Not far from the Pier and all the seafront spots. Great hosts - can't fault the stay!

A very comfortable cottage that we immediately felt “at home” in!

It’s located in an ideal position to explore Brighton, close to the beach & very close an array of restaurants, cafes & a variety of shops…Waitrose is only 5 minutes walk away! Despite its central location we weren’t disturbed by any noise & the area appeared to be safe. The cottage was warm, light, welcoming & very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, ultra comfy bed, pristine bed linen & towels.

Great location

The house is very near to city centre. 3 minutes walk to Sainsbury’s and a mall. 1 minute walk to Poundland and primark. There are lots to walk around. The house also have many utensils.
