Charming beachfront apartment with swimming pool and sports courts on the Costa del Sol
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This cosy apartment in Mijas Costa is perfect for families or groups of up to four people who want to enjoy the Costa del Sol with direct access to the beach. Located in a residential complex with extensive common areas, it offers a large swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, and a coastal promenade ideal for walking, cycling or running towards La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina In addition, the location allows quick trips to Marbella, Málaga or Estepona in just 35 minutes by car.
The apartment, located on a third floor with an elevator, has a terrace integrated into the living-dining room with partial sea views The living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an individual sofa, Smart TV and free internet connection, ideal for relaxing and enjoying entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is practical and features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals
For a comfortable rest, the main bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, television and luggage storage space. The bathroom is modern, with a shower tray and spacious design. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heat pump heating so that you feel comfortable in any season of the year
The residential complex has two private parking areas without numbered spaces; availability may vary, especially during high season. If no space is found, there are public parking options nearby
The location is ideal for families, with proximity to sandy and rocky beaches, supermarkets, local restaurants and public transport. Golf courses, water parks, river areas, and tourist attractions such as Selwo Aventura or the Juanar Nature Reserve are also nearby, not forgetting the proximity to Málaga international airport (AGP)
