Very clean and functional house - it had everything we needed for a family stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean and warm - which is so important. The area is close to everything - easy walk to a Costa and Tesco Express! The kitchen pans were very basic but everything worked and if you are not staying for ages it all works! I would recommend this house! :-)

The Host didn't send us information on how to check in to the property 24hrs before the date. As a result, our party of 5 were stranded and we lost a day of our stay.Customer service were incredibly helpful and tried multiple times to contact the Host. However, as a result, we all had to be relocated a hotel and as this was very last minute, missed a night.

Koye is a good host. He is very responsive and aims to fix problems promptly! Unfortunately during our stay we did have a few issues with the boiler (that he resolved) and generally the property is needing some updating and maintenance.Comfortable stay, but it could have been easier...
