The Space:
LOCATION:
Just off one of Manchester’s most historic and happening streets, Deansgate – we’re right in the heart of the city with everything on your doorstep.

TRANSPORT & PARKING:
You can reach us easily by public transport catching the train to Manchester Victoria or Deansgate and we’re just a 10 minute walk from either. There’s lots of tram stations near us but the closest is St Peter’s Square. There’s paid parking a short walk away which we can share details.

THE BEST BIT:
There is so much to love about this beautiful & stylish home, the rooftop is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of bubbly and take in the city surroundings. It is the best place to spend time with friends and family whilst in the heart of one of the most iconic cities in the world.

MASTER BEDROOM:
A spacious and peaceful room with one king size bed, you'll get a great nights sleep in here and will feel refreshed ahead of your day in the city. We also supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience.

SECOND BEDROOM:
Another spacious bedroom with two single beds, full length mirror and dressing table to get ready for your day.

THIRD BEDROOM:
Even with two solid bunkbeds this room still has plenty of space. This room comfortably sleeps 5 and is perfect for those who like to stay up all night chatting. A huge skylight lets in plenty of natural light.

MAIN BATHROOM:
This luxurious bathroom it fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and bath. We also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

ENSUITE:
The second bedroom features a stunning shower en-suite.

TOILET:
There’s a toilet on the ground floor also as you enter the house

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our kitchen features an integrated cooker, microwave and a stunning island with built in cooker hob. We’ve stocked the kitchen with all essential cooking items including kettle, toaster etc. (tea and coffee also provided)
The dining area table also comfortably seats 8 guests, the perfect place to entertain.

WIFI:
We have superfast WIFI verified by Airbnb

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets for hygiene purposes)
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

WELCOME GUIDE:
Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15PM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
