The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a balcony to enjoy the street views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a private balcony with seating areas to lounge.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Integrated into the Historical Centre, where most of Lisbon's less populated parishes are located, São Vicente brings together the spaces of some of Lisbon's oldest parishes and their people, heirs to the history and pride of Graça, Santa Engrácia and São Vicente de Fora. With a privileged central location, extended on a hill overlooking the river and rich in historical and cultural heritage, it is a business card based on the viewpoints of Graça (Sophia de Melo Breyner Andresen Viewpoint) and N.ª Senhora do Monte, the Convent of São Vicente, the Church of Santa Engrácia, renamed the National Pantheon and the various working villages and historical 'Páteos', it is a glimpse of times gone by, that between streets and alleys, each corner reveals a little of the history of Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Santa Apolónia, is just a 9-minute walk.

The nearest metro station, Santa Apolónia, is just a 10-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
