A nice, little apartment in the best neighbourhood in Lisbon! It is definitely tight with narrow stairs, so it would be a challenging place for someone with mobility issues, otherwise it’s pretty fantastic. Comfortable queen-sized bed, fully-appointed kitchen and Paulo - the property manager - is brilliant. And the neighbourhood is truly fantastic; Praça das Flores is just around the corner and there’s plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around.

Clean, Convenient Place to Stay

We loved the location. We thought the neighborhood was fun and interesting while still being quiet. Paulo was great to work with, allowing us to drop off our luggage in his office prior to check-in.

Lovely weekend away!

My friend and I had a lovely time exploring the area (some nice bars and cafes just around the corner) and the flat was equipped for what we needed for our short time there. It is quite small but it didn’t bother us and the host was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for everything!

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. It is small but fully equipped and very clean. The pictures show what the apartment is like.

Very cute, well equipped apartment

Very nicely decorated apartment, full kitchen with seating for two. Nice bathroom; the shower is tiny. Has a tiny private terrace. The place is one room, except the bathroom. Very tall people have to watch their head due to the gables. Host is very responsive and helpful. Good check in. Steep narrow stairs are the only access so not suitable if any mobility issues.

Cute and clean!

The apartment looks pretty much exactly like the pictures. Bed was comfy with nice pillows and linens. Kitchen was well equipped. It is located in an excellent area, lots of restaurants, bars all around with 2 grocery stores basically 1/2 block away. The property manager provided excellent information on how to get there and keeps in contact with you about your arrival time to ensure he’s there to greet you. He was available during our entire stay to help if needed. Best service we’ve ever had! The only thing people should be aware of is this apartment is in the attic so it has sloped ceilings and to get to it is a very narrow staircase with a lot of high stairs. If you are a heavy person or over 6 feet it might be a challenge.

Die Beschreibung des Apartments trifft zu. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und unproblematisch, mit Tipps zum Aufenthalt in Lissabon. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Beau petit Studio, parfait pour un couple.Lit super confortable, nuit calme mĂȘme si beaucoup de vie aux alentours. Tout se fait Ă  pied, resto, Ă©picerie, attraction, etc.Pas de climatisation si vous y ĂȘtes lors de grandes pĂ©riodes de chaleur, se qui n’était pas notre cas en dĂ©but juin. Je recommande !

Great quiet location 15 min walk from city centre!

We LOVED this place! Great location, great quiet neighbourhood and central to everything we wanted to do!! Highly recommend this place if you don’t mind a few tight stairs to your room, walking a little bit to get to things to do, and being away from the busy streets.Paulo was also very helpful and accessible via WhatsApp for anything we needed to a greta resource if you like having a bit of guidance during your stay. We also really valued the early check-in! (12:30pm but it depends when the room is ready). Would highly recommend this place to anyone in their 20-30s!!

We loved our stay!

We loved our 4-night stay in this terrific neighborhood in Lisbon. Glenn’s wonderful local co-host, Paulo, met us upon arrival and checked in throughout our time to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. The bed was quite comfortable. Everything was squeaky clean and perfect for us! Our only regret is we should have booked a longer stay, Three full days in not enough time to explore fabulous Lisbon and nearby Sintra!

Klein maar fijn, schoon en goed bed.

Klein en fijn plekje, maar alles erop en eraan. Het was er schoon fijn bed en in leuke authentieke buurt. De caretaker Paul was zeer attend en hielp ons met alles. Hij was ook gemakkelijk te bereiken. Omdat het een kleine zolder etage is met een smalle trap en schuine wanden lijkt het niet geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk lopen of voor grote lange mensen. Wij hebben er een super tijd gehad. mensenmeeemensuur intressant buurtje

Great location!

This place is in a fabulous location in Lisbon. There is a park less than 2 blocks away (Praça das Flores) with a small grocery, coffee shop, gelato shop, and multiple restaurants all in the area. Buses are close by - and ride share (Uber/Bolt) to take you down to Baixa/Chiado. The only caution is the stairs - narrow and steep - but that’s probably the same for a lot of places in Lisbon.

Kleine sĂŒĂŸe Wohnung in collem Stadtteil

Über schmale, steile Treppen geht es zur kleinen sĂŒĂŸen Wohnung mit DeckenschrĂ€gen in ruhiger Straße. Der Stadtteil ist cool und zentral. Paul hĂ€lt stets Kontakt, so dass man sich umsorgt fĂŒhlt. 1x die Woche kommt eine Putzfee. Wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Einfach ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Stadt!

Nous avons reçu un trĂšs bel accueil de Paulo qui nous a Ă©tĂ© d'une grande aide et qui rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement au demandes. TrĂšs belle efficacitĂ© et efficience. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le lit est trĂšs confortable et l'appartement est trĂšs propre. C'est le plus important pour nous. Par contre, malgrĂ© les commentaires des visiteurs prĂ©cĂ©dents qui indiquaient que ce n'Ă©tait pas fait pour les grandes personnes et que nous ne dĂ©passons pas les 5'7'', nous avons trouvĂ© difficile l'utilisation de la douche Ă  cause de son Ă©troitesse. Il faut ĂȘtre agile. Merci pour ce beau sĂ©jour.

Charmant studio Ă  Lisbonne

Studio trĂšs agrĂ©able, propre et bien pensĂ©. L'espace est optimisĂ© au maximum et le studio dispose de tous les amĂ©nagements nĂ©cessaires (serviettes, draps, tv, vaisselle, cafĂ©...). Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans le vieux Lisbonne Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Parlement. Nous avons passĂ©s un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Par contre quelques prĂ©cisions sans consĂ©quence, si vous ĂȘtes frileux, prĂ©voyez un pulls car il n'y a pas de couverture d'appoint, les amateurs de thĂ© ne disposeront pas d'une bouilloire (d'ailleurs, l'eau du robinet de Lisbonne n'est pas gĂ©niale, prevoir des bouteilles) et si vous avez des problĂšmes de mobilitĂ©, ce studio est en hauteur, tant de l'immeuble que du studio lui mĂȘme...et il est bas de plafond, heureusement, nous ne sommes pas grands. Sinon, RAS !
