Near Queens Park with its tennis court/duck pond and parkland, The Level Park and skate park, North Laine with its boutique bars and restaurants, Theatre Royal, Duke of York Cinema and the incredible historic Royal Pavilion.

The area also has superb independent shops, cafes, and pubs, with excellent transport links in and out of Brighton.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Brighton, is just a 15-minute walk.

London Gatwick Airport is a 37-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
