El piso está muy bien decorado, con muebles modernos. Mucho servicio, y localización privilegiada a 2 minutos de la playa. Tiene unas vistas estupendas.

Apartamento ¡¡ FENOMENAL¡¡ - Garage casi imposible de aparcar

Estuvimos muy agusto en vuestro precioso apartamento, decorado con gran gusto, con gran iluminación que nos resulto muy cómodo. Sufrimos mucho las escaleras de subida y bajada camino de la playa ( porque los años nos castigan las piernas ) y desistimos de meter el coche en la pequeña plaza de garaje porque resultaba un suplicio tener que maniobrar " al límite" y de rozarlo tener que sufrir los problemas que supone llevarlo al taller...ectc. etc. Así que decidimos buscar aparcamiento en la calle - ¡¡ lo que supone otra aventura ¡¡ debido a la época vacacional, lo que nos ha limitado la libertad de mover el coche y disfrutar más de los alrededores; en fin no se puede pedir todo... Pero el contar con garaje en ese bonito pueblo de Panxón en época estival es fundamental para los que vamos de fuera y las plazas de garaje de vuestra urbanización - Son demasiado pequeñas y la de este apartamento casi imposible de aparcar y si lo haces, con asistencia y con alto riesgo de rozar, siendo un coche pequeño ( Mercedes Clase A) y si es un mono volumen..imposible.. Un saludo y gracias por vuestro servicio.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement in bester Lage

Das Appartement hat ein separates Schlafzimmer, das wie der Wohn-/Essbereich sehr hell und ausreichend groß ist, und von dem aus man auch das Meer sehen kann. Beide Räume verfügen über Rolläden, so dass eine gute Abdunklung möglich ist. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit einem bodentiefen Fenster versehen, was beim Frühstücken einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer ermöglicht.Dies insbesondere weil das Haus in der "zweiten Reihe" am Hang gebaut ist. Dennoch sind es zu Fuß nur 3 min bis zum Strand und Hafen von Panxon, den man über einige Treppen, die sich in der Wohnanlage befinden, erreicht.Die Wohnanlage ist sicher, da man nur mit Schlüssel Zugang hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die elektr. Saftpresse haben wir täglich für frisch gepressten O-Saft benutzt.Nur 5 min weg, befinden sich Supermärkte, Bäckereien und eine Apotheke.Gleiches gilt für Restaurants und Bars sowie die Bushaltestelle, die im 30 min Takt Verbindungen nach Baiona und Vigo bietet.Die Fahrkarten sind sehr günstig, 1.30€ und 1.80 €. Nach Baiona ( ca. 8 km) kann man sehr schön auch mit dem Rad auf der Strandpromenade und auf dem eigens gebauten Radweg fahren. Fahrräder kann man zu sehr fairen Preisen in Ramallosa bei "ciclos Palacios" mieten.( 1 Rad für 7 Tage für 55€; andere Anbieter gibt es zwar auch, verlangen aber pro Rad pro Tag 30€, was meiner Meinung nach Wucherpreise sind) Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht auch sehr gut Englisch.Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wasser, einer Weinflasche, Wassermelone und galicientypischen Produkten (Muschel-, Fischkonserven, Oliven) begrüßt. Wir haben sehr schöne 11Tage verbracht.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die mangelnde Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer, was sich aber mit einem kleinen Schränkchen leicht lösen lässt. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen, sowohl bezüglich der Ausstattung als auch der Lage im charmanten Panxon, wo man noch echten Fischern und Seemännern begegnen kann.

EXTRAORDINARIO LUGAR Y MARAVILLOSAS VACACIONES

Realmente hemos pasado unos maravillosos días de vacaciones en Playa América. El apartamento está al lado de la playa, con todos los servicios que se pueden necesitar a un paso. Dispone de unas vistas estupendas sobre la playa y el mar, es muy luminoso y tanto la decoración, como la ropa de cama,,etc. están elegidas con mucho gusto. El trato con la propietaria ha sido muy agradable, y nos ha ofrecido información muy útil sobre la zona. También hemos tenido un tiempo excepcional, una temperatura del agua muy aceptable para el baño y hemos podido disfrutar de la gastronomía de la zona, a unos precios muy asequibles. Además, muy cerca se pueden visitar poblaciones, de Galicia, como Vigo, Baiona, A Guarda, etc. que te hacen amar esta tierra. En resumen, no se puede pedir más.

Garaje?, solo para moto.

Elegimos, el apartamento, por su ubicación, con buenas comunicaciones y muy cerca de la playa, también por tener garaje. sin embargo la plaza de garaje es muy pequeña para los coches de hoy, el nuestro es un Opel Astra y no cabía, ademas la plaza da acceso a un trastero y un hueco donde algún los vecino deja un scooter y bicicletas que no podrían salir si ocupo la plaza. En resumen toda la semana en la calle. Valido para moto. La propietaria, María, es muy amable, se averió la nevera y consiguió otra nueva rápidamente.
